It’s an excellent choice for travelers with heavy luggage, as you won’t have to walk far to board the train to the airport. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous tourist attractions, all within walking distance. The staff at the counter is also very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. They even offer afternoon tea at their restaurant for hotel guests.

It was a very very excellent stay. Very near the Yong Ning Gate of the city wall, you can see the activity on the wall from the hotel. Coffee places and Bubble Tea places are right downstairs. Room is comfortable and the availability of the laundry room is fantastic. Really loved this hotel and the in house handy experience. Experienced a couple of hiccups in the hotel but service recovery was exceptionally fast and prompt. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back again.

This guesthouse at the foot of Mount Hua is a real hidden gem, so authentic and down-to-earth! The owner is incredibly warm and genuine, the rooms are spotless, and their shuttle service is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. It's a comfortable and relaxing stay, my top pick for climbing Mount Hua. I truly recommend it!

This was my first time staying at this hotel for four nights, and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bell and Drum Towers, with a subway station right outside, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there's a street dedicated to local delicacies right next door, perfect for trying authentic flavors. All the hotel facilities were in perfect condition (large TV, smart toilet, mini-fridge, coffee machine, etc.). What really stood out was the thoughtful touch during the hot summer days: each floor had a common area with a table piled high with dozens of complimentary bottled water 24/7 for guests – something you don't often see in other hotels. Every afternoon, there was a lovely tea service in the lobby lounge, offering coffee, tea, fruits, and exquisite pastries. Finally, let's talk about the service. As soon as we arrived, a staff member was there to help us with our luggage and escort us to the lobby on the second floor. The front desk lady (WeChat name: 'If one day') was incredibly enthusiastic. She even upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of all the hotel's services. From now on, Novotel will definitely be one of my top choices for future travels.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care. The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles. Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent. Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money. Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar! In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it.

I was very satisfied with my stay. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk even gave me a free upgrade. I arrived early with my child, and I had originally just planned to store our luggage, but the manager kindly arranged for us to check in right away. Every staff member was very polite, and even the cleaning aunties would greet me with a ”hello” every time we met, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with the subway and bus stops nearby, and you can even see them from the window of the room.

This time I landed at Xi'an Xianyang Airport late at night and booked this hotel temporarily. The whole experience directly exceeded expectations. The most praiseworthy thing is his 24-hour free pick-up and drop-off service, which is simply the lifesaving straw for night passengers. The landing was already two o'clock in the morning, dragging two large pieces of luggage and tired and sleepy, dialing the hotel front desk to explain the flight information, the staff communication was particularly patient, accurately informed the pick-up waiting point, and arrived on time within ten minutes of the shuttle bus. The driver master was particularly enthusiastic, took the initiative to get off the bus to help carry the heavy suitcase, help to place the luggage throughout the whole process, and carefully reminded the next day's drop-off process on the road. The drive was only a few minutes to the hotel, and there was no need to wait for a long time in the cold air at the airport. The check-in speed was very fast, the front desk staff was gentle, and the drop-off time was carefully registered. They took the initiative to ask me about the flight the next day and reminded how long to go downstairs to take the bus in advance. The interior of the room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the sound insulation effect was very good, the traffic on the road and the noise of the airport plane were completely heard, the hot water was stable and sufficient, the toiletries were fully equipped, and I could sleep peacefully after a day of running. The next morning, the early flight, ten minutes in advance, there is a special car waiting, on time to the departure port of the airport passenger terminal, save the trouble of taking a taxi, calculate the toll, free pick-up service without any invisible consumption, the whole process is intimate and reliable. There are many snack shops around the hotel. You can buy a light meal when you are hungry in the middle of the night. The overall price/performance ratio is full. It is suitable for tourists who transit and red-eye flights overnight. Next time you come to Xi'an, you must choose here. I really recommend it to all friends who need airport accommodation.

I think this hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is quite reasonable. It's convenient for going out to eat fish or shopping. The standard facilities are perfectly adequate for the price, and even during the holidays, paying just over 500 RMB is still a good deal. I want to especially commend them for not only offering breakfast but also a late-night snack service. This isn't just some perfunctory offering; it's a real spread of various Hanzhong specialties. You could easily skip dinner and just wait for the late-night snack – highly recommended! Also, their beef hotpot is incredibly reasonably priced; you could honestly just eat that hotpot right here at the hotel. The only minor drawback is that they don't have their own parking lot, so every time you want to drive out, you have to inform the front desk, which is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, there aren't many activities for kids; there's a small golf area upstairs, but no swimming pool.

The buffet breakfast at JW Marriott Hotel Xi'an Gaoxin was a perfect experience! The restaurant, located on the 38th floor, offers expansive views and a refined, comfortable dining atmosphere. The fusion of Western and Chinese dishes was a real highlight. You absolutely must try the local specialty station: the freshly made Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) had a crispy exterior and juicy braised meat, while the Zenggao (steamed glutinous rice cake), Hulu Tang (spicy soup), and Saozi Noodles were all authentic and delicious. You can savor Shaanxi cuisine without even leaving the hotel. The Western pastries were abundant, with croissants and Danish pastries that were soft and sweet, and the Eggs Benedict tasted authentic. The made-to-order noodle station was quick and used quality ingredients. There was a wide variety of fresh fruits, beverages, and desserts. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, the quality was top-notch, making for a delightful and satisfying breakfast. A must-try during your stay!
