"Everything was great, including breakfast, but most importantly, the service was excellent! We had booked a room that could have been either a king-size bed or two single beds. We contacted the front desk online, and they immediately checked for us and made a note to ensure we got a king-size room. That was really reassuring.
We arrived two hours early, and the front desk told us our room was ready, allowing us to check in two hours ahead of schedule. This is quite unusual in Europe, and we were very grateful!
The room was cozy, and the TV even looked like a picture frame. We had a lovely night there."

"The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of town, housed in a very old and beautiful building. Checking in involved dragging our suitcases into town, which was quite tiring and put a lot of strain on the wheels 😇. When we checked out, we booked CK SHTTLE, who picked us up from the hotel entrance, saving us a lot of effort. The room was beautifully decorated, with a charmingly antique feel. The bedding, including the duvet cover and pillowcases, was of good quality and very clean. However, the sheets were pilling fitted sheets. Initially, I thought they had forgotten to make the sheets and even took photos to ask the front desk, but they replied that these were the sheets, made of a different material than the duvet and pillowcases. The bathroom had a modern, rather impractical design. The shower required standing in the tub without a shower enclosure, so even with careful attention, water would inevitably spill everywhere. Room service was perfunctory; they changed towels and collected the trash, but didn't make the beds, and the trash cans weren't lined with trash bags."

"The room was clean and hygienic, the environment was quiet, and it was not far from the supermarket and the old town. The waiter was warm and thoughtful, and he helped to call a taxi immediately. However, this so-called beer town is not a town at all, but a city. It is several kilometers from the long-distance bus station to the hotel. It is impossible to walk with luggage, and it is impossible not to take a taxi."

"A total of three double rooms were booked. The front desk gave the smallest bed room. The bathroom was barely 25 square meters. The suitcase was difficult to pass. One of them also had an unusually strong perfume smell. It was suffocating (it is recommended to choose a twin room, the room area is 30 square meters). The front desk service attitude is average, cold and impatient. The hotel does not have an elevator. It is difficult to take luggage upstairs. It is said that the outside vehicle cannot enter the town without a license. The hotel has a shuttle bus to send (charge 15 euros, saying that parking is not free, did not ask whether it is saying that the shuttle bus or the car waiting in the parking lot outside the town) But you need to contact the front desk, otherwise you can drag your luggage on the road full of small stones and walk 800 meters to the store. As for breakfast in the store, there are not many choices."

"A very nice hotel. The owners seem to have a childlike spirit, and some of the decorations are lovely. There's a bedroom on the first floor and a tatami room on the second. The staircase is very well designed, and the living room is spacious enough to cook your own meals.
Carrying luggage upstairs was tiring, but the breakfast was excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied."

"It was an absolutely wonderful hotel. It felt as if the spirit of the Middle Ages had been carefully preserved, making the entire experience of Český Krumlov even more magical and immersive.
The breakfast was, of course, delicious, but what truly stood out was the atmosphere of the dining hall. Every corner felt beautiful and memorable, like stepping into another century. The staff were also incredibly charming and warm.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Český Krumlov! ✨"

NNIYellow bus CK town terminal in front of a stop Český Krumlov - Špičák get off. One kilometer west along the Chvalsinska road, three times across the bridge, there are food and beverage outlets on the west side of the gas station, 300 meters diagonally across the road, through the grove, right side of the small lake, stay at the Vadotriski Hostel in Cesky Krumlov (Pension Vodotrysk) 20 m2 standard twin room. Why live outside the town, the first price is cheap, the second to avoid the stairs to drag the suitcase. Take a short break and walk along the small road on the left side of the hotel through a 200-meter grove. It is a cheerful, large lawn, with hills in the distance, left at the intersection, the town cemetery in the wall, free visit, the western garden fountain, the tree can pass Go to the castle observation deck. Free introduction, welcome to try.

The room was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The amenities, like the hand cream, shower gel, and fragrances, were all carefully selected, high-quality items – a complete and considerate range. The room's decorative design felt artistic, making every moment spent inside feel comfortable and pleasant.
The breakfast exceeded all expectations! There was a lavish buffet spread with items like cheese, sausage, cooked ham, Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait, and much more. It was very diverse, and you could also get freshly made omelets and other breakfast options, all of which were absolutely delicious~
The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to both the Old Town and the bus station, which made getting around and sightseeing a breeze.
Overall, the entire stay was excellent~ A truly attentive and well-run hotel~

GGuest UserThe apartment room is not bad, it is indeed quite big, and the guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. But the most annoying thing is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, it will be very troublesome.
We were lucky on the first day we arrived. The guy at the front desk enthusiastically helped us move upstairs, but we checked out too early, so we had to carry it downstairs by ourselves. It was very tiring.
Opposite the hotel entrance is the CK town’s internet-famous restaurant, Cave Restaurant. This restaurant seems to be mostly visited by Chinese and Asians. We ordered the set meal, which was a bit too much for two people, but the taste was okay.
There is one thing we need to pay special attention to. We came from Prague by flixbus, and we needed to take a taxi to the hotel after getting off the bus. However, UC does not accept Uber and Bolt. There is a taxi stand opposite the bus station, but there are very few taxis. In the end, we had to call the hotel and ask the front desk guy to call a taxi for us. Taxi can only be paid in cash, so it is recommended to prepare some.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay with Villa Gap for two nights. The online check-in was quick and smooth, easy to navigate. We were satisfied with the room including a bedroom with two beds, enormous bathroom, and living room with open kitchen and a very comfy sofa. Clean, quiet and spacious.
Walkable distance to the Cesky Krumlov Town (15 minutes walk) and 5 minutes drive to the supermarket. Cooking experience was pleasant especially with dish washer provided.
Bathtub and air-dryer might flaw the perfect experience. Water was yellowish from bathtub and no hot air from air-dryer. Or otherwise, everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

MM257767****The room was very clean. The owner was very welcoming; during check-in, he showed you how to use everything in the room, how to explore the town, and gave you recommendations. The next day, you could store your luggage and then explore the town, take a panoramic photo from the hillside near the station, retrieve your luggage, and continue on your way. After checking out, you could relax, have tea, and charge your devices in the lobby, which had a clean ”free bathroom” (those who know, know how valuable that is in Europe - lol).

GGuest UserLove this place! By far the best we have stayed! Special thanks to the host who was there during checkin and checkout to help us to get the luggage up & down the stairs. They have everything there! Just that it is a small room but the most comfortable bed, the stars from the accomodations is great at night too!! The place is not exact to the picture because we got the most basic room, but there is fridge, TV, and charger by the besides, the open area had water and tea and nice spots with tables and chairs
