The overall service is very good, the hotel environment and the outside environment are very beautiful. Especially the front desk lady, she is considerate and thoughtful, first-rate! The breakfast is rich, fresh and delicious. All facilities are very good, five-star. The hand-brewed coffee in the room is delicious The only thing to be improved: there is no cleaning kit, such as cotton swabs, etc.

Very clean, good soundproofing, good service, mineral water in large bottles, no need to buy water, very good hotel experience, recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Staffs are friendly especially the one that is assigned in day time who always makes us coffee during our 3 days stay.. Kodus also to the lady (chef) who brought us pancake and toast bread during breakfast! 👌 but the other staff at night shift is a bit unfriendly.. Place is aesthetic even though location is not so ideal. Wifi is so bad and Smart Tv is not updated so we still need to set up the TV in order for us to be able to use Netflix and youtube. Overall, its still good!

It is a bit far from downtown Samarkand, but the facilities are very good. I recommend staying here, especially if you want to have a staycation in Samarkand. You can eat, shop, and drink inside the resort(?) facility that includes the hotel (the lounge is open until 2 a.m.). I took my mother there, and she was very satisfied.

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.

The room is very comfortable, the facilities are very good, the balcony view is amazing, it's a great resort, and there is also a Chinese Sichuan restaurant. I ate Central Asian food for a few days. It's great to have Chinese food after working out with my boyfriend👏

The location is very good and most attractions can be reached on foot. Taxis can't get there as it's on a pedestrian street, but it's not hard to find and is in a very prominent location. The room was warm and clean, tea and coffee were provided, as well as drinking water. The bed was also very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me change money at a very good exchange rate. The breakfast was great with lots of fruit and tea to choose from. The best hotel in Samarkand.

The hotel is located in the new city and the surrounding environment is very good. Listed five-star, from accommodation to breakfast are very good, it is a Belt and Road conference reception hotel, the room has Chinese sockets, the supplies have Chinese. The canal view room can watch the sunset. Breakfast is very exquisite. The fly in the ointment is that it is a bit far from the city, and yandex takes a taxi to the city about 2w Sum. No swimming pool.
