First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.

Big comfortable bed, good view from the second floor (but limited to the rooftop below if the booked room is on the first floor). There was no hot shower during two days visit and it didnt get improved until the end of the stay. I was promised by the reception that they will look at the problem but it didnt get solved. The breakfast is quite good, you can choose from many options. The hotel has a thermal swimming pool. The room and corridor design is great. But have in mind that there could be some renovation works during working hours. Ask in advance for the room further away from it.

Good location, fine rooms. Love the breakfast - a lot of options, awesome quality of foods, but there is no coffeemachine there. Rooftop pool with great view was dirty. Recommend it if you need city base for your nearby adventures or just transit.

The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).
