The rooms are clean and reasonably well-maintained, though showing some signs of age. Standard amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and decent WiFi connectivity. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are functional with reliable hot water.

Well located for airport transfers and good breakfast spread, that opens at 5:30am. Perfect for a stay between travelling to Waisai or out of Sorong. However, the charge of IDR 100,000 pp for an airport transfer is ridiculous, considering it takes less than 10 minutes to walk there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Almost all staff also speak English. Breakfast options are sufficient and varied. The taxi service is not great, charging 2-5x Grab tariffs for an airport drop-off. As we had an early check-out, before breakfast, the hotel provided us with a cheese-egg sandwich, boiled egg and bottle of water to take with us.

The service is good, there are only some things such as the sink is not clean and it is a pity that there is no hotel slippers provided

The following is my detailed review of this hotel, hoping to provide you with a reference. 1) Location and transportation: M Hotel Sorong is located in the center of Sorong, with convenient transportation and only a 10-minute drive from Domine Eduard Osok Airport. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, and the living function is good. For travelers who need to conduct business activities in Sorong, this is a very ideal place to stay. 2) Cleanliness: I was deeply impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Whether it is the lobby, corridors or guest rooms, they are all kept very clean and tidy. The beds in the guest rooms are neat and comfortable, and the bathrooms are also spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff cleans and changes the sheets and towels every day. 3) Facilities: M Hotel Sorong provides a series of complete facilities to meet the various needs of travelers: 3.1) Room facilities: I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was spacious and bright, with simple and stylish decoration. The room was equipped with a comfortable big bed, a desk, a TV, a refrigerator, a safe and other facilities. In addition, the hotel also provides free wireless network with fast speed, which meets my daily office and entertainment needs. 3.2) Dining facilities: The hotel has a restaurant that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although the hotel has a rich variety of breakfast, it is recommended to consider adding some Chinese breakfast options. The hotel's gym can consider adding some strength training equipment. I give M Hotel Sorong Managed by East Season a 4.5-star rating. This is a very cost-effective hotel, and it is a good choice for both business travel and leisure vacation.

Bardzo dobry hotel na krótki pobyt. Dobre śniadanie, Miła i pomocna obsługa. Długo czynny basen na dachu i hotelowa restauracja. Jedyny minus to okolica. Nie ma w pobliżu nic ciekawego, choć wydaje się że to centrum miasta, a do plaży jest dosyć daleko. Restauracje w pobliżu niestety bardzo obskurne, natomiast jest kilka marketów.

The hotel is very convenient from the airport and the Mor. port. The room is large, good beds, bed linen clean, but there are spots on the sub-bedrooms. The cleaning in the room was not qualitative, hair and dust were present almost everywhere on the floor. Inside the hotel there is a swimming pool. Minus hotel for me- in a night discotheque that takes place in a cafe bar on the 4th floor to 3 p.m. Hearing the ring, blows. Breakfast from 6 a.m.

Overall, the place is good. Maybe not the best for foreign tourists. It’s more of a convention place for Indonesians. ATM is 15 minutes away walking. Plastic keys are a bit worn out but the room is very good. A view from my room and from the top floor is fantastic. Location wise maybe it could have been better to be closer to the ferry but a grab ride was only 50000 idr. Service was generally good but there were a number of misunderstandings all of which were resolved.
