No return to Japan in three years! The most anticipated trip this trip is Li's Zhuquanzhuang Hot Spring Hotel will stay for 2 nights! On that day 2022-10-21 My wife and I were driving to the King of Tibet at 11 am in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The most ideal time for default is four and a half hours! At 6 pm, I arrived first! As soon as I arrived, the staff of Zhuquanzhuang used super kind attitude to condolences! After explaining, they dry the room without saying anything! Check-in at the extreme speed! After finishing, we will have a beautiful dinner for us! Fear that I will starve to death! After eating, soak up a hot spring and all the troubles are drying! On the second day! My wife and I are going to the nearby attractions to scare down the cable car to scare the maple leaves! About the hotel 6:30 meal! I know that the car is slower than before! Another half hour later, return to the hotel first! They again use their kind attitude to condolences! So they have used a kind of attitude to care about the guests for two consecutive days! Prove that the quality of the hotel service is not vegetarian! I really feel that they are waiting for their family to come back to eat! No matter the restaurant, open air style and room privacy is extremely high! Their service attitude is better than I thought! Looking forward to coming back next time ⋯! I am not a god of food so I did not write food review! To the hotel tips: the first time to be Boding outdoor wind Lu!

I had a wonderful stay at Westin Sendai! The staff were warm and  welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy bed and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy The location is also good - walking distance from the train station. With the room at 31st level, the view is spectacular.

Absolutely perfect, fantastic value for money, and truly exceptional service. The lobby also offered complimentary free-flow beer, red, and white wine. This was hands down the most comfortable stay of our entire trip – I absolutely loved it! Its location is superb, just a five-minute drive from the main shopping street.

We booked a room on the 15th floor with a fantastic view. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The only thing to note is that you need to distinguish between the Main Building and the East Building. Although they belong to the same group, they are two separate hotels. We initially made a mistake and went to the Main Building. If you're planning to take the Shinkansen, this hotel would be the best choice.

Highly recommended. High-rise sea view rooms in the off-season are about 2000 RMB. The rooms are large and the view is very good. Daguanzhuang is located on the mountain, which not only ensures the view but also ensures that the price is not particularly outrageous. Then there is a hotel bus to go around Songdao. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very good. I really want to secretly ask which product the crab steamed buns are made of. They are very delicious.

This hotel is perfect in every way. The view is excellent. Matsushima Coast, one of the three most beautiful views in Japan, is well-deserved. Sitting in the room, you can enjoy the beautiful view. The cuisine is impeccable, the small details are amazing, and the open-air hot spring makes the stay experience even better.

This is genuinely the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in Japan in recent years. Aside from a bit of dust on the outside of the mini-fridge (which absolutely wouldn't affect your use; I just have a habit of wiping everything down inside and out before using it), every other part of the room was spotless. Although the check-in time was quite strict, strictly 3 PM, seeing such a clean room made it understandable. I've stayed in much more expensive star-rated hotels in Tokyo, Osaka, and Yokohama, but none of them were this clean.

First of all, I need to correct the hotel location given by Ctrip. It is called Kamakaki Onsen in Japanese. It may be the result of the automatic translation software. It is called Kamadao Destination Onsen on Ctrip. It is very funny. Overall, the price-performance ratio is good. After all, the price is there. It is relatively economical for Japanese hot spring hotels. You can't ask for too much. In terms of hardware, the room I booked has to use the public toilet not far from the same floor. Of course, it is very hygienic, but it will be inconvenient if you get up at night. The hot spring is divided into men's pool and women's pool. It is worth mentioning that according to the hotel, the hot spring water is from the source and is not recycled, so the hot spring water quality is very good. Dinner and breakfast are OK. The surrounding environment is very quiet, and a good sleep relieves fatigue. The staff is warm and thoughtful.

I stayed at this hotel due to a foot injury. I originally thought I could eat all three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – at the hotel since they have three restaurants. Breakfast was abundant, and the semi-buffet lunch was reasonably priced. However, I was a bit disappointed that for dinner, the only option was some food at the 14th-floor bar. When checking out, the front desk helped me call a taxi to the airport for 6000 JPY, but the meter showed 6800 JPY upon arrival at the airport, so I saved 800 JPY. Thumbs up for that!

GGuest UserWe went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super close to Sendai Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also near Tohoku University, Sendai Asaichi (morning market), observation decks, and 7-Eleven. The hotel service is excellent; check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with water and toiletries provided. When leaving, I noticed in the reception area that the hotel has won many awards. The breakfast buffet isn't huge, but the variety is decent, typically Japanese. They even have Sendai's famous Zunda Shake, so no need to go all the way to the station to buy one! Whether for leisure or business, it's a solid, comfortable stay without any real drawbacks. On the day before I left Japan, there was a tsunami and earthquake. I was in such a panic late at night that I ran down to the lobby in my room slippers to consult with the manager. I apologize for that; please forgive me. I later realized that the staff on duty in the lobby were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful in their replies, and they all remained very calm.

11333800****Among all the hotels we stayed at during our Tohoku trip to Japan, Mitsui was the best value for money. For around 400 JPY, we got a twin room that was spacious enough, in a great neighborhood with all kinds of food and shops readily available. The top-floor onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and everything was clean and hygienic. This time, I used a voucher I bought during Ctrip's 11.11 sale and redeemed it. I'll definitely buy more if I get the chance in the future. Sendai has a special charm; you really need to spend a few more days to fully experience it.

SSmithzadineThe hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.

OOliveycWe came to Akiu mainly to see Lu Xun's former residence, but the hotel itself was also great. Although there wasn't much of a view outside the window, Akiu Great Falls is just a short drive away. The front desk gave me a room on the top floor. The food, especially, deserves a special mention. My boyfriend ate 6 plates of the freshly grilled beef tongue, but he was still outdone by the Japanese gentleman next to us – I counted, he had 7 plates! I won't post other pictures as I see everyone else has posted plenty; I'll just share one of the massage chair. You can enjoy the view while getting a massage. It's very quiet during the day, and you can use it as much as you like without needing coins, which is much more generous than many other hotels. The parking lot is also spacious, so there's no need to worry about not finding a spot if you return late.

GGuest UserEveryone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.
