Please note that your check-in time is 1.30 pm and your check-out time is 11 am.
If you go whale watching on the day of your check-out, please arrange your luggage before departure, as arrival time from whale watching varies from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm. If you are late, we may need to open the room to clean it for the next check-in, even if the property is fully booked.
The maximum number of guests staying per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities; any third-party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.

Cleaning and changing of bedding
We clean the rooms on your request. Please hang the relevant tag on your door handle when it is required.
We change bedding and towels on your request as we work to protect the environment and make responsible use of water – a limited, indispensable resource. If you need to change them, please inform our Staff.
Beach towels
It is prohibited to take the towels provided in the room to the beach. Beach towels are available for rent.

Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement charge.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay, will be held for a period of 1 week. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with its owners, we accept no responsibility for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out.
