Starting with the Manager, and the front desk, the rest of the staff, they're all great, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I apologize for having posted a review late, but I still want to get it out there that this place is amazing. I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed for about 3 weeks, and enjoyed ever day I spent there. I can't complain. Excellent service by everyone. Thank you all for the hospitality.
Swissôtel Clark Philippines

Swissotel Clark for me is the best hotel up north. The hotel itself is incredible. Well maintained and managed. Complete with such useful amenities like the gym and their state of the art pool area. They have variety of restaurants one can enjoy good food and ambiance. One of which is the MARKT, where breakfast is served. Food here are prepared right in front of you or you can simply choose what you want from the array of choices freshly cooked and served. But the best part is , as far as I am concerned, are the people manning the front desk…the duty managers and their team. Special shout out to SHERYL, who was present to give me and my family a warm welcome. This kind gesture truly made up for the 2 hours of traffic our family endured because of the heavy downpour going to Clark.Likewise, to Ethiel, who attended our check in. Overall, we had another wonderful stay in Swissotel. Their brand of hospitality is world class,

Worth it even though it's pricey. Loved the architecture, courteous staff, we truly appreciate the thought management put in on this place. There's a beach place but waves prevented me from enjoying my swim. Two restaurants were open for dinner, we opted for the Italian one, which served good but pricey food, so be warned. Buffet bfast was definitely good, lots of options, even for non-carb foodies. Room was good enough, although the room designated to us was a bit problematic for me because the bathroom needs you to step up to get into it, which is a great hassle for a disabled person like me. Also, walking around the place was a challenge too, there's a great distance between each place but the beauty of the place is worth it. The in-house dancers performed cultural dances when the night set in, entertaining the guests and making us smile and applauding hard while watching. We definitely want to go back again
Queens Hotel Angeles City

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount. My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge. Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc. I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes. IF however you need complete silence and solitude then I think definitely room 501 and possibly all the rooms facing the pool area should be fitted with double-glazed windows to drown out the excessive noise & shouting from the Korean Restaurant / Club directly behind the pool. This venue seems to fill after 22h30 and continues until 07h30 and the guest do not talk, THEY SHOUT at each other. Its truly excessive noise and on night one it woke me at 03h00 and I could not sleep until after 08h00. In 5 nights this happened three times although night one was the worst. I came very close to ask for an alternative room but chose not to as I did not feel like packing up again. The in-house restaurant caters mostly for carnivores and its the first restaurant that does not serve a fruit platter and the vegan / vegetarian options are very limited resulting in me eating out mostly. The pool attendants were quick & attentive and cleaned quickly after guest left.
Subic Waterfront View Resort

One of the worst stays I have ever experienced in a supposed resort. Firstly paid over ₱7000 for a room to fit 3 adults and a kid. The room was very tired, not very clean, tv did not work properly and very basic in amenities. Not worth with the price! The overall resort is very tired. It needs a major refurbishment. Paint is peeling, large cracks in the building, garden returning to jungle etc! Staff are not at all friendly or flexible. Arrrived with our family at 12pm after a long drive. Requested an early check in. Advised they are just cleaning the room now. I said that is great can you advise how long until will be ready. The reply you can not access it until 2pm at the earliest. Wow. Thanks. The free breakfast is average basic Filipino style breakfast food. It is a buffet format only 7am to 9am. Very limited hours for a supposed resort. Also requested if we could just take. plate to our room (literally a minute from where the food is served) to be told no not possible. The location is average. On a busy highway. Not sure where they get Waterfront for the name of the hotel as the only water close by is the run down pool with a run down bar. The bar has chairs that look like they have been recycled from a trash site. The bar staff did not know how to make basic cocktails and constantly referred to a 'menu' with the expected result being average overpriced drinks. The final and worst part of this once in a life experience was the check out process. We went to check out around 11.15am well before the noon requirement. After handing in the keys and and the deposit slip for the ₱1000 to be returned in full (we did not consume anything in the room) I just stood there for about 10 mins. I asked why the delay. Advised housekeeping was checking the room. Ok so I sat down. After another 20 mins chased them. Finally advised they would be keeping my deposit because of supposed stain on pillow case and sheet. We were invited to inspect the linen. First, the pillow case was like this whern we arrived! Second, the small dirt marks on the sheet were not stains at all and clearly would be cleaned in a standard wash.! After my wife argued the ridiculous of the accusation and the ridiculous of not getting a tiny bit of dirt out in a standard wash we were finally given our deposit in full. This I expect was a scam attempt to falsely pocket our deposit. The whole check out experience took over 45 mins and was embarrassing in that the false accusations were directed at us in front of other customers. If there is one resort/hotel to avoid this is it! If you are crazy enough to stay there now you now only have your self to blame!

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.
Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. It was 9:30AM already; we said we'd be havi
Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort

Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums). The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out. Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo. The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good. What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area. I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel. Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!
Hanin Town Hotel
4.7/53 Reviews
Quaint little hotel resort in Clark city, a few km away from the airport. First time we stayed here, as you can tell by the name Hanin Town, it’s own and operated by Koreans, which is nice since they include a bunch of Korean dishes at their restaurant and bar. They provide shuttle service to different places in Pampanga, like SM Clark, Walking Street and other restaurants or places of interest. There’s also a small restaurant cafe in the middle where the pools are, we usually had some coffee or a drink in the morning or evening after returning to hotel. The front desk employees and workers are all very friendly and helpful. Especially Ruby and their shuttle driver, which we forgot his name…but he was also quite helpful and friendly. We also had breakfast once or twice there it was 500php I believe, it’s a cute location upstairs on the 3rd or 4th floor, sky lounge, overlooking the hotel and area. The room was spacious, we stayed on the first floor, there was no microwave in our room but a small fridge, safe, and coffee pot, but all the rooms have wifi & A/C and hot water which is all we need on vacation. There’s no shower curtain or door to shower, but there’s a bidet and hair dryer. The water pressure is extremely strong which was a nice surprise for me and my wife. We had a nice stay here overall, so if you’re looking for a place, that’s clean and has friendly helpful staff and not located in a crowded or crazy part of town, try Hanin Town. Also, to the Grab drivers be for warned, some of the tricycle drivers in the front of the road might be grouchy sometimes. Perhaps business competition???
Coralview Beach Resort

Stayed 3D/2N during the long holiday in October. Unfortunately, typhoon “Paeng” (International codename: Nalgae) was crossing Luzon Island heading to West Philippine Sea during that time. Beach access was prohibited due to typhoon so we just stayed in our room most of the time. Quadroom has simple amenities. No small fridge and no cabinets to put your stuffs. In room TV has limited channel so don’t expect much. Intermittent Power failure encountered during our stay but they do have a standby generator in place, though you have to wait awhile for the power to be back in. There’s s no in room wifi and signal is weak for both Globe and Smart in the Quadroom building despite bringing my own personal wifi. Only strong wifi signal is in their restaurant. Bringing In of food is prohibited and they do charge corkage fee if you’re bringing one. Food choices in their menu is limited but taste is ok and reasonably priced. Budget for 4 pax will cost between ₱1,000-₱1,500 depending on your order per meal. For breakfast, I find it too pricey given it’s just the standard “silog” plated meals. Breakfast cost around ₱187/plate per person. On our last night, the roof beside the building of our room is almost blown off by the wind which caused unbearable sound as it is being smashed by the wind which make it difficult to sleep due to the smashing sound. Have not for the typhoon our stay could have been better - Perhaps next time.
