Slightly rustic by North American standards, but clean and comfortable. Elevators were very small and very slow based on the capacity of the hotel. A bit isolated from shopping and other amenities. You definitely need a car or arrange your transportation if staying there. Nice beach nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast and facilities like pool, spa and massage. Staff were polite, but when we complained about a noisy heater fan in our room, their solution was to simply turn if off instead of fixing it. Not a bad experience overall. It is a very quiet and relaxing area.

The hotel is a little over a kilometer downhill from the old town. While it's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, both the bus and metro stations aren't too far, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Taxis are also cheap and convenient.
The young front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming; anything we needed was brought up right away.
Every night at 10 PM, the hotel has a 15-minute light show featuring many of Lisbon's sights. I missed it the first night, but I made an effort to watch it the second night, and it was quite interesting.
The hotel was clean and the service was nice.
However, I leave two recommendations that could improve the experience considerably: the application of blackout curtains in the rooms, because those currently in place leave a lot of light; and the addition of more channels in TV, Because it has only the normal channels at this moment.
We checked into this hotel as soon as we got off the plane. It's about an hour and a half drive from Lisbon Airport. It was convenient for us to go shopping near CASA the next day. The only drawback is that there is no free parking nearby. You can only pay 6.5 opals to enter the private parking lot. In other aspects, it is still very good

Average hotel in a good location
Receptionist was unfriendly upon check in and seems is not interested in receiving guest
Lack of privacy because you can hear people in the next room and bed is uncomfortable
HK entered the room without knocking on the door
Overall was just fine

The staff is very nice. I told her my room is facing to the train station which makes me hard to fall asleep. The staff was nice enough to change to another room.
However, be mindful that the toilet facilities are old.

After a two-night stay, I was so impressed by the excellent value for money that I extended my booking for another two nights. This is a five-star hotel with impeccable service. The front desk staff were incredibly responsive, answering all our questions in great detail, for which I'm very grateful. The hotel boasts an elegant, clean environment, attentive service, and convenient transportation. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the egg tarts are particularly delicious. There are shopping malls nearby, and it's not far from attractions like Freedom Square. With a metro station close by, getting around is a breeze. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:)
Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)
We were charged an extra 30 euros for our child at check-in, even though I'd clearly indicated 2 adults and a 15-year-old when booking on Trip.com. Apparently, the booking was only for two guests. The hotel itself is pretty decent and conveniently located for travelers. Breakfast was quite basic, with no hot options, but adequate.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom with its excellent wet/dry separation – the shower's water barrier was perfect. The room also featured a floor-to-ceiling window that could almost fully open (with a safety rail outside). Both the lounge and restaurant are on the first floor. The lobby had a great ambiance with beautiful flower arrangements.

Amazing
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, of good quality, the staff were nice and helpful. It was in a very good location as well in Lisbon with easy access to the city. There are a variety of food options for breakfast. There is a lot of amenities as well to use all in good condition including a gym, pool, etc. And I really enjoy the Lisbon light show @Lumen Hotel.
This hotel is in a very good location near the airport you could take the metro red line from the airport then the yellow or green line to the closets metro stop to the hotel or take the bus number 783 from/to the airport. The hotel is 4 star luxury comfortable beds and very good breakfast. I recommend for airport stays or even for longuer stays to visit Lisbon as very convenient to public transport
RRicardo FlamínioI spent one night at the accommodation, I arrived late but managed to get the keys, thanks to a staff member at the reception desk, who promptly and efficiently showed me the way to my room.
Altis Prime Hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon, the suites are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everything was clean, stylish, and well cared for. Truly a five-star experience—highly recommended!
You can easily walk to landmarks like the Marquis of Pombal statue, Eduardo VII Park, and nearby department stores. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable!
Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough. Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super We booked an executive suite, with is huge. The only complain is the bathroom 1.the designer needs to be fired 2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an asshole facing outward? 3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub. 4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm. 5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product Please fire the bathroom designer.
Great Location with Stunning Sea Views – Highly Recommended! My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience, and I’d love to share the highlights: First, the location is unbeatable. It’s right next to Praia do Guincho – a vast beach that’s absolute perfection for surfing or catching breathtaking sunsets. For those flying in, it’s about a 40-50 minute drive from Lisbon Airport, and best of all, free parking is provided for guests with cars. The staff deserves a big shoutout too. The reception uncle may look a little serious at first glance, but he’s incredibly kind – he even upgraded us to a sea-view room! All other staff, from reception and restaurant teams to housekeeping, were attentive. A special mention goes to a short-statured receptionist with black hair: he noticed us struggling with car rental and fuel questions, and proactively stepped in to help – his warmth made our trip easier. While the hotel’s facilities feel a bit outdated, the cleanliness is top-notch, especially the dining areas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We tried the Seafood Rice (60 Euros) for dinner, and it was authentically delicious – a real standout. The pool is also visually stunning, though we couldn’t take a dip this time due to cool weather (we’re already looking forward to trying it next visit!). If you’re looking for a hotel with great scenery and a convenient spot near the beach, this one is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!
ZZaherWe had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that’s perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
