Apartment-style B&B, arrive late and leave early, not too many services involved. The bedroom is small, the living room is spacious, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. There are simple kitchen and dining utensils, the hygiene is OK, and there is free parking. It is far from the commercial street of Zlatibor. We drove to the supermarket for shopping and dining. There is no elevator, which is not convenient for large luggage to go up and down.
Good hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Ideally to stop on the road. Of the downsides because the hotel is located on the highway nearby nowhere to walk. To the city only by taxi or car.
Wrong choice. This is actually a hotel where tour groups stay. The rooms are large but the facilities are average. The shower room is still a long time ago. It is not very convenient. The location is good. It takes a few minutes to walk to the lake and the commercial street. Because it is a hotel where tour groups stay, the service is just average. I met a group for breakfast and there was a long queue for dinner.
Everything is super new! The location is off the beaten track, but perfect for a one-night stay! Parking is on the street, and there's construction on other buildings nearby. Check-in and check-out are slow. They've only just started up, so not all processes are perfect. The rooms are high-tech and modern. There aren't enough towel hooks, and the sink is too narrow, so you can't even fit a toiletries bag. The spa is fresh and pleasant.
The overall stay left a pleasant impression. The service was good: staff were polite, responsive and tried to help with all the issues. The area and hotel facilities were maintained in order everything looked neat and careful.
The room was in line with expectations: clean, comfortable, with regular cleaning. The restaurant left positive impressions food was delicious, the choice of dishes was quite diverse and the supply was neat.
In general, the rest was comfortable. I can recommend this option of accommodation to those looking for a quiet and pleasant rest.
The room was excellent, with two floors: the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were downstairs, and the bedroom was in the attic upstairs. The trees in the yard looked out from the window. It was incredibly quiet at night, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one night due to limited time.
I took these photos as a souvenir upon leaving. If I were to visit Zlatibor again, I would choose ZEN again. It was such a comfortable cabin.
Also, a small side note: I forgot a small pillow at the hotel. The owner kindly kept it for us and we will pick it up when we return to Serbia. Thank you so much.
I stayed in low budget room which was perfectly enough, size and amenities wise. Just right temperature in the room, that makes whole hotel cozy and warm. Spa is really good, not too crowded. Breakfast is just perfect with lots of local food options.
The location of the hotel is excellent, with a good restaurant downstairs, serving hotel guests breakfast and lunch and dinner. The chef is super skilled and can order food from all over the world. Free parking is 300 meters away and 9 minutes walk from the cable car station. The big supermarket is diagonally opposite, very convenient. The room is huge, the sanitation is good, and the hot water supply is normal. The lobby staff is very enthusiastic and patient to help deal with the parking lot lifting poles. There is no elevator at present, and guests with heavy luggage may have to pay attention.
This is actually an apartment, similar to a famous domestic hotel, the environment is good, especially when it snows when I go there, living in a wooden house is very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the traffic is remote, and driving at night will suspect the misguided route. Although you can cook, you still have to go to town to purchase supplies.

Outstanding
We had a wonderful stay at Luka’s cottage. Luka was an excellent host—very helpful and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The design of the cottage is beautiful, blending charm with functionality, and the location in nature is truly relaxing. There are plenty of attractions and activities to explore in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway
I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect. If you want to find a place with a beautiful view from the balcony, this is the ideal for that. The facilities were new and complete, there was always someone on duty because when we were there, we couldn't call a taxi and they helped in a friendly way. I really like this place

Overall, the stay was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent: the staff was polite, helpful, and eager to help with any questions. The hotel grounds and facilities were well-maintained—everything looked neat and tidy. The room met my expectations: clean, comfortable, and regularly cleaned. The restaurant left a positive impression—the food was delicious, the selection was varied, and the service was meticulous. Overall, the stay was comfortable. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

What a gorgeous hotel! The room was spacious, clean, modern, and new. There's a wonderful restaurant on site, where we had breakfast. It was fantastic; I recommend everyone book a room with breakfast included. We also had access to the hotel pool and sauna (two hours of pool time were included in the booking). It's a shame we only stayed one night.
