We stay in hotels in this network not the first time. Everything is very enjoyable, excellent location, spacious and clean rooms. Especially pleased with breakfasts, cheese, red fish, champagne, freshly squeezed juices. There is also a spa, I wasn't, but the husband went and he liked it. The only thing I didn't have in the room was a towel dryer. Otherwise everything is great!

В целом отель понравился, но в номерах все очень «уставшее», равное ковровое покрытие, рваные полотенца, белье постельное чистое, но видно что давно не обновлялось. Дверь в санузел открывалась со страшным звуком-шумом, в самой ванной комнате тоже пора сделать косметический ремонт. В целом соотношение цена-качество приемлемое, из отелей в этой локации нет конкурентов! Рядом железнодорожная станция, продуктовый супермаркет, небольшой фуд-корт.

A disgusting receptionist named Alexandra couldn't resolve the issue the hotel created with incorrect placement. She constantly claimed, ”It's the booking website's fault, or anyone else's, but not us.” I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain.

In my opinion, a very successful hotel is located in the heart of the city on Red Street. The hotel has a high level of service and comfort, a bar, a couple of restaurants, a small gym with cardiot equipment and not better ventilation, a swimming pool and spa. The rooms are spacious and light, noise insulation 🔥, high-quality white and comfortable pillow and mattress. Breakfast is very decent, on the weekends are served hot.

Minus - no slippers in the room, no water in the room. The refrigerator is off when the card is extracted. Pros: There is a parking, to the beach 5-7 minutes walk, normal breakfast. Welcome, polite staff.

Good price-quality ratio. Furniture in excellent condition, everything is clean. There is an open parking near the hotel .

Hotel excellent 🌴 Super convenient place!  On the beach clean and comfortable, nice to rest !  In the restaurant at us made a separate table with local color - dried hurma, churchel of several species, young people!! For us minus is the absence of the balcony, but we knew they were not here.. windows are clean, opened and fixed for ventilation !!

Good hotel,correct 4 stars! It is nice to drive on the funky and to settle in a large bright room with a very comfortable bed! Breakfast with a view to the mountains will leave no one indifferent! The food is delicious and diverse! We are satisfied!

Good hotel, stay was pleasant except for reporting documents. Why the act of the work done was discharged for another amount, there were problems with the accounting.Please adjust the accountability.
