The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

The stay is very cosy. Staff are cordial. Amenities are fabulous. Ambience is fine. The swimming pool is very well maintained. The badminton court is awesome. There is a library with all old and some new books. The vicinity looks very soothing.
