"This apart-hotel is amazing! It's newly renovated with a modern design, everything is spotless and pristine, and every detail in the room has been thoughtfully considered. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the bedding, pillows, and duvet are all of excellent quality. There's panoramic glazing, and the window opens to a beautiful view. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need. There's a night light, illuminated mirror by the sofa, and separate light switches so you don't have to get up. It's quiet, and no noise bothered us. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it to everyone. When I'm in St. Petersburg again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. Everything is 100% perfect, excellent! A huge thank you for such wonderful living conditions and the hospitality of the hotel staff! With immense gratitude to all hotel employees!"

"Comfortable apartment, this is our second stay. Convenient location: near Prospekt Prosvescheniya metro station, a Perekryostok supermarket, and a small Magnit store. The room has a kettle, fridge, microwave, and dishes for 2 people. The floor is tired, dirty laminate and needs replacing. Otherwise, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are small (2 of them). During our stay, there were noisy renovations during the day, but it didn't bother us since we were out sightseeing. The carpet in the hallway has been removed, so you can hear footsteps and the sound of suitcases rolling by. We used the luggage storage service, which was free upon check-in and check-out. Once the renovation is complete, it will be absolutely fantastic!"

"The front desk staff were efficient with the check-in process. However, there's no Wi-Fi signal on the fourth floor (which is only accessible by stairs). The soundproofing in the room was poor. At 11 AM, a staff member just opened my door directly with a key. The hotel does offer luggage storage."

"Overall, everything was decent, and it had all the necessities. However, there were a few unpleasant moments. The description stated that Frunzenskaya metro station was within walking distance, but in reality, it was closed. We had to either walk to the trolleybus stop, which thankfully wasn't far, or to Tekhnologichesky Institut metro station, which was much further. But this wasn't a major issue; we quickly figured it out. Next, the rooms were quite warm, and there was no air conditioning. During cooler seasons, this would be a plus, but since it was hot during our stay, it wasn't very comfortable. However, a hotel employee offered to bring a fan, so that was okay too. The biggest drawback was the cleaning service. In 6 nights, the room was only cleaned once, and the bed linen wasn't changed, just re-made. One day, a cleaner came, and we asked her to come back later, but she said she couldn't. We then agreed that she would clean the next day. But on the following day, no one cleaned the room, even though when we left the room during the day, cleaning was happening in the neighboring room, and the cleaner saw us leave. In the end, no one came for the rest of our stay. When we left, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floor was dirty. We kindly ask the hotel administration to pay attention to this. "This stay truly exceeded all my expectations, and I absolutely have to write a five-star review for this hotel! First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Whether you're taking a taxi or public transport, everything is close by. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants in the surrounding area, so you don't have to worry about shopping or dining. Even going for a walk at night feels quiet and safe. The check-in service was an absolute bonus. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, and the whole process was quick and smooth, without any unnecessary or cumbersome procedures. They proactively informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and the Wi-Fi password, and even thoughtfully recommended local must-visit attractions and authentic snacks. Any questions I had were answered patiently and meticulously by the staff – their service consciousness was top-notch. The interior of the guest room was truly impeccable. As soon as I walked in, there was no stuffy or smoky smell; the ventilation was excellent. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were surprisingly good. The floor, desk, and windowsill were spotless. The dry-wet separation design in the bathroom was very well thought out, and the vanity, toilet, and shower area were all wiped sparkling clean, without any water stains or smudges. The disposable toiletries were of good quality, the towels and bath towels were soft and odorless, and the hot water flow was stable with ample pressure, making for a great shower experience. The room's amenities were comprehensive. The bed was moderately firm, the mattress offered great support, and there were two types of pillows (soft and firm) to choose from. Lying down was incredibly relaxing, and after a busy day, I could fall asleep peacefully very quickly. The soundproofing also deserves praise; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring my rest was completely undisturbed. The air conditioning responded quickly to both cooling and heating, the large-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi had smooth internet, perfect for binge-watching or working without lag. There were also leisure chairs by the window, making it very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view during downtime. The lighting was soft and gentle on the eyes, creating a wonderful ambiance. The hotel's public areas were also very well-maintained. The lobby was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The sofas in the resting area were soft and comfortable, and drinking water was always available. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and varied selection, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. Hot dishes, pastries, porridge, fruits, and beverages were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was on point. You could eat something different every day without getting bored. The dining area was clean and tidy, and plates were cleared promptly. The cleaning staff were also incredibly thoughtful. They cleaned the room meticulously every day, proactively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and responding super quickly to any additional requests. Overall, the hotel's safety management was excellent. The elevator required a room card to operate, and security patrolled the hallways 24 hours a day, providing a great sense of security during the stay. From service, environment, facilities, dining, to value for money, I couldn't find a single fault in any aspect. It's perfectly suited for business trips, couples' getaways, or family travel. The next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning a stay – you absolutely won't be disappointed!"
