I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is wonderful, and the buffet is one of the most beautiful buffets I have eaten at. I would like to thank the receptionist, Mrs. Rola, for her good reception.

The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. It was near the airport and also near the port, which led to the Farasan Islands. Exactly next to it was a small supermarket, so perfect for small shopping.

I have stayed more than once, the room is very clean, the air conditioner is 16 degrees for a long time, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. Guan Jian breakfast is OK, traditional Saudi local flavor, although provided in portions, but the cake is unlimited, must be enough to eat.
