The hotel environment is good, but the carpet in the room is damp and has some smell. I hope it can be improved. The breakfast is also quite rich. There are some menus for lunch and dinner, but it is too little. I hope to add more seafood, pasta and pizza. Category

This is hotel although is rated three stars it's far much better than this rating. It's situated in the CBD opposite the main Mutare police station and court thus making it safe and secure. I had a brief stop over at Brondesbury Park Hotel on my way to a family occasion in Nyanga. I had breakfast and a comfort break. It is nice to see the hotel up and running and I wish them well. The facilities were clean, the staff were keen and there was a generally positive atmosphere. The food was acceptable, the service was ok. The place does look tired and in need of a revamp. The service has room to improve in terms of presentation, menu, food preparation. I expect this will come. Backpacker would be happy and as alternative to sleeping in the village it is very convenient. They washed my car for for free! Good luck to you.
