"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I was a bit worried because some reviews mentioned outdated decor, but after checking in, I found the room to be spacious enough, and both the decor and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel's hot spring was open until 10 PM, and the staff were incredibly patient with the kids who were playing in the pool until past 10, never rushing them and waiting until they were done. When I found one of the hot spring pools to be a degree or two too cool for my liking, a staff member proactively offered to turn up the heat, even though it was already 9:30 PM. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The two girls at the front desk and the hot spring staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. This is a very worthwhile hotel, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Anshun."

"Bijin Sky Homestay is an excellent choice for a stay in the Dong villages. The service and reception here are outstanding. They offer all-inclusive round-trip transfers and proactively assist with itinerary planning. Upon arrival, they provide a detailed guide for exploring all the scenic spots like the terraced fields, drum towers, and wind-and-rain bridges, making your trip completely stress-free. The wooden homestay features floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the entire Dong village's stilted houses and mountain scenery. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the Yao medicinal bath is incredibly relaxing. Every evening, the homestay arranges authentic Dong Grand Song performances, offering an immersive cultural experience. The local buffet breakfast is delicious and authentic, and upon departure, they even give you a special souvenir. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. Opening the window reveals a picturesque Dong village landscape. It's definitely worth revisiting."

"I stayed here once for a business trip, and at that time, the room had cleanliness issues and mosquitoes. The hotel proactively contacted me to apologize and promised to improve room hygiene and mosquito control procedures. This time, my girlfriend visited Wanfenglin, and I booked a king room for her again. I didn't go myself, but my girlfriend was very satisfied. She reported that the room's cleanliness was excellent, and there were no mosquito problems. The staff were as warm and attentive as ever. Although this courtyard view room is on the first floor, the view is superb. However, if privacy is a major concern, I wouldn't recommend it, as there's no private balcony. It's clear that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback and has made real improvements to the details. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Wanfenglin."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, right next to Jiaxiu Tower, offering superb night views. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, all facilities and equipment are well-maintained. The service level is high, with all staff providing smiling and polite service. Janice from Guest Relations left a deep impression on me. Two days before check-in, she called to inquire about my approximate arrival time and added me on WeChat. Immediately after check-in, she sent me a travel guide and check-in instructions. During my stay, she frequently checked in on me, asked about my needs, provided weather forecasts, reminded me to bring an umbrella, and went out of her way to fulfill my requests. Even though we never met in person, when I checked out on the 55th floor, she accurately addressed me by my surname amidst the crowd at the elevator entrance, demonstrating strong professionalism and solid training. Lisa from the Executive Lounge was also very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour offerings were excellent. Besides cold dishes and salads, there were four main hot dishes (chicken, duck, fish, and meat) every night, plus one vegetable, one staple, one soup, and one congee. The French pastries in the lounge were of a very high standard, and they also offered freshly mixed cocktails. The driveway at the hotel entrance is narrow, but the concierge staff calmly managed vehicle flow, loading and unloading luggage efficiently and without chaos. The hotel pays attention to service details; for example, there's a reminder at the guest room door to prevent guests from leaving items behind. I have two suggestions: firstly, for some reason, I couldn't find a night light in the guest room. This should be added during the next renovation to avoid disturbing others with bright lights when getting up at night. Secondly, there were too few hangers in the guest room."

"For Tongren, having a hotel like this is already pretty good; it's like the equivalent of Guiyang's Grand Century Hotel to me. The price is decent, but the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable – none of the four pillows were good, and I didn't sleep well. I asked for a room away from the elevator, but the front desk said that standard rooms and king rooms are only available in the middle sections, and all corner rooms are suites. So, there was no choice. If you're particular about cleanliness and the environment, you can choose this hotel. I recommend the higher floors; the slightly lower ones had a stronger smell. My first night was on the 18th floor and the smell was quite noticeable, but on the second night on the 20th floor, it wasn't as strong. Maybe I'm just sensitive to smells, so it depends on individual preference."

That day, I accidentally navigated to the 'Yingbin Building' and was feeling a bit lost. Mei'ao proactively approached me. Upon learning I was checking into the VIP Building, she didn't just point the way. Instead, she smiled and said, 'I'll take you there.' She then accompanied me the entire way, explaining the layout of the two buildings and the hotel's features as we walked. Once we reached the VIP Building lobby, she assisted me with the check-in process, which was incredibly efficient. What's even more thoughtful is that after completing the formalities, she didn't stop there. She personally arranged for a staff member to escort me to my room and carefully informed me about the luggage delivery time. This seamless service, 'from Yingbin Building to VIP Building,' instantly made me feel the professionalism and warmth of a five-star hotel. After I entered my room, Mei'ao even called to inquire if everything was satisfactory and enthusiastically recommended local dining and sightseeing tips – from authentic sour soup beef restaurants nearby to jogging routes in Qianling Park and even the best angles for night photos at Jiaxiu Tower. She shared all this information like a local friend pouring out their heart. This level of dedication, going beyond her job description, was truly touching. At the same time, I must sincerely commend front desk agent Xiao Shi. She always wore a sweet smile during check-in, patiently verified my information, and proactively informed me about breakfast times, gym location, and other important details. Even with a queue of guests behind me, she remained calm and organized, making everyone feel comfortable. Later, when I asked her for bus routes while heading out, she clearly marked Bus No. 1 for me, showing great attention to detail. And then there's the hotel itself – the hardware of the VIP Building is impeccable. The rooms are spacious and bright with excellent views, and the price offers great value for money. But what truly moved me were these warm service details. From the encounter at the Yingbin Building to settling in at the VIP Building, Mei'ao and Xiao Shi, with their sincerity and professionalism, perfectly demonstrated what 'a home away from home' truly means. "The hotel is very new, and the room was much larger than expected. It's perfect for families with children, and there's plenty of space even if you have a lot of luggage. Plus, it has a bathtub, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel is located in a newly developed area, and we even discovered a really good restaurant nearby, which was super convenient."
