Nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of Sports South Street in Shijiazhuang, the Venice Water World Hotel is, for me, far more than just a place to stay. Over the past two years, eight (closer to ten now) visits have instilled in me a unique sense of familiarity – a feeling of stepping not into a hotel, but returning to a familiar and warm home every single time. My first choice was probably due to its excellent location and the allure of 'Water World,' but what keeps bringing me back is that indescribable 'home' feeling. From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse. The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. The hotel is well located, near to shopping mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable, big, tidy and clean. There was a washing machine at the room and soap was available for free. So convinient to wash the clothes. Breakfast with a lot of options, everything tasty. Staff really kind. Bottles of water were also included for free, for each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel chosen by the children for the competition has very enthusiastic service. Every waiter is very proactive in helping with luggage and solving problems. The hotel environment is also very good, clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation is also great.

I really liked the accommodation; it had a charming, antique feel and was located within the ancient town of Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. After checking in, it was very convenient to explore the town's night view. The front desk staff were very welcoming and had excellent service. There was free parking. There was also a tea table in the room with complimentary tea and coffee. After an evening stroll, it was nice to buy some snacks and chat. Those who enjoy tea can bring their own. The bedding was clean and hygienic, clearly changed after each guest – very professional. After exploring the ancient town, I found this to be the largest guesthouse I've encountered. The price was incredibly reasonable.

It's really good. In fact, its service has surpassed the price. The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. What I like most is the service, opening the car door, taking the luggage and delivering things, and the housekeeper added me to solve problems at any time.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

She always proactively reached out in advance to communicate and meticulously arranged all the check-in details, which made us feel incredibly at ease. Even when the hotel was fully booked and busy, the service remained warm, patient, and meticulous. It's very family-friendly, with a comfortable environment and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for family trips, I genuinely recommend it!

The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. Green trees, fragrant flowers, rippling lakes, pavilions, whitewashed walls and black tiles create a picturesque artistic conception, making people feel like they are in a Jiangnan water town or an ancient garden. Every step is a landscape. , perfect for walking and relaxing. [Hardware facilities] The hotel is equipped with gyms, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Other badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc. need to be paid by the hour. Building 8 is equipped with an entire parent-child playground, and hotel guests receive discounts. [Service] The hotel's service staff has a warm attitude. Whether it is reception at the front desk, guiding check-in, or providing services in restaurants and leisure and entertainment areas, guests can feel attentive care. The crib is very considerate, but the bed stalls are insufficient and need to be optimized in the future. [Catering] The buffet breakfast includes both Chinese and Western styles, and the food is of high quality and can meet the taste needs of different guests. Old tofu, pancakes, fried dough sticks, porridge, wontons, fried noodles, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, various exquisite breads and fruits, etc. There is a baby chair. [Comprehensive] Overall it’s pretty good and can be considered a good choice for traveling around Beijing. I also hope that the hotel will continue to maintain high quality and get better and better!

What was even more surprising was her proactive upgrade of my room—this unexpected gesture of care really touched me! My upgraded room was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light. The layout was wide and comfortable, and every corner was spotlessly clean and well-organized, instantly making me forget the fatigue of my journey. Shortly after checking in, housekeeping thoughtfully delivered fresh fruit, a rich variety that was juicy and fresh. This meticulous attention to detail truly made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. It was a perfect experience from start to finish, with service details meticulously handled and full of sincerity! This is definitely a five-star service hotel worth revisiting countless times, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone who seeks quality in their travels.
