The location is unbeatable! It's less than 100 steps to Central Street if you just turn right, and about 70 steps to the famous Laochu Restaurant, so you can wait for your table comfortably at the hotel. The service was excellent and very generous. Our room only included one breakfast, but the front desk graciously gifted breakfast for our whole family of three. And the breakfast was fantastic! They had freshly made rice noodles and wontons, as well as Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) and roasted lamb chops. The roasted lamb chops tasted even better than some specialized restaurants! The mini-bar was also very generous, even including Kvass. The afternoon tea was great too; we ate so much we couldn't even eat dinner. There's a row of cat houses outside the entrance, and according to the security guard, a cat used to live there, but it's apparently gone for Chinese New Year~

I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous before checking in. However, my stay turned out to be fantastic! Everything from the service, hardware, and breakfast, to the gym (all Technogym equipment!), and the excellent quality of the pastry at breakfast, met all my expectations. I'm very satisfied, especially with the superb service!

The overall service is very good! Whether it is the front desk at check-in, the cleaning staff, the staff in the gym laundry room, or the staff in the restaurant on the third floor, the service attitude makes people feel at home. The location of the hotel is also very good, with everything around it, and it is also close to the station, which can be reached on foot. It's just that the room is very hot, and the air conditioner is very noisy after turning on the air conditioner. I don't know if it's the same in other rooms. A small suggestion: it would be better if the breakfast waiter didn't push the garbage truck back and forth when clearing the table, which really affects the appetite. Everything else is great. Next time I come to Mudanjiang, I will definitely stay in Hawaii again.

The service at this five-star hotel is quite good. First, I'd like to commend the uncle at the entrance – he truly deserves praise. Every time, he actively helped us open the car door and handle our luggage, being very enthusiastic. I personally feel that the staff at the entrance create our first impression of a hotel, and this seemingly entry-level position is actually very important. Thumbs up to the uncle! We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM on a late flight, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. With smiles on their faces, they checked us in and even gave the child a small handmade gift. It wasn't expensive, but it made for a really nice experience. Now, for my personal dissatisfactions. We paid an extra 50 yuan for a room with a view of the Ice and Snow World. While they did ask if we were willing to pay extra for the room, and I accepted, I still feel that for a five-star hotel, this practice is a bit ungraceful. The room itself was standard. A five-star hotel in the 'Great North' (referring to a northern region of China) still lags significantly behind five-star hotels in first-tier cities, especially the bathroom – it was really, really old-fashioned. There was no shower cubicle, no wet/dry separation, just a shower curtain. After showering, water almost certainly spilled out. Luckily, the bathroom was large enough that there was still space to stand. If I had checked in in the afternoon, I definitely would have asked to change rooms, but it was late at night, and I couldn't be bothered to move, especially since I wasn't sleeping in the bathroom anyway. Still, it was very frustrating, and I hope the bathroom gets renovated. Overall, it's decent. There's a subway nearby for getting around, and ordering takeout is very convenient – the robot delivery service eliminates the hassle of self-pickup, which is a big plus. **Facilities:** Old **Service:** Very good **Environment:** Good

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

When traveling, where you stay is incredibly important. This includes excellent hygiene, quiet rooms, warm service, convenient transportation, a great surrounding environment, and good security. The Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel met all these requirements. The hotel is right next to Harbin's Flood Control Memorial Tower, with police officers on duty 24 hours a day, so safety is absolutely assured. It's located at the end of Central Street, next to Impression City and Parkson, making shopping and dining very convenient. You can walk downstairs straight to the Songhua River, and Stalin Park is right by the river. It's a ten-minute walk to the Iron Chain Bridge. Due to its prominent location, there are many subways and buses nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very friendly. Besides water, they also provided two free drinks daily. They even extended my check-out time by two hours for free due to my flight schedule, which I really appreciated. If I come to Harbin again, I'll definitely stay here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself has a bit of old-school charm, but everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and personal, always making sure you feel welcome. A huge highlight for us was the playroom for children. It’s not just a room—there’s actual staff looking after the kids, which gave us some rare relaxation time. Huge thumbs up! Breakfast is a massive buffet with plenty of choice. And if you book the Horizon Club, you get free drinks and food all day long. Absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

I really have to praise this hotel! Traveling with kids can be a hassle, but this stay was incredibly comfortable. Even my picky child didn't want to leave. First off, a massive shout-out to the ladies at the front desk! They were all beautiful and tall, spoke softly, and were incredibly gentle and patient with our little one. Every time we passed by, they'd smile and play with him. The most amazing part? Their voices weren't at all like the loud, boisterous Northeastern stereotype, haha! The hotel's location is also fantastic. You step right out into Chinese Baroque architecture, which is perfect for evening strolls and photos. Whatever you want to eat, you can easily walk to. When we were tired from walking with the kid, we'd just head back to the hotel to relax. We were too lazy to go out and eat for several days, so we ordered takeout multiple times, and the ladies always helped deliver it to our room, tirelessly! Seriously appreciate their effort! The little garden in the middle is an absolute gem. Though small, it was covered in snow, and our child would rush out to play there every day. On the last day, before check-out, he spent over an hour playing and only left after being dragged away. He kept saying he wants to come back and play here again! The room deserves a special mention! It was super spacious and clean, so friendly for a family with two kids. The built-in Smith water dispenser was a lifesaver for a mom like me – no need to boil water or buy bottled water, we could get warm water for the kids anytime. It saved so much trouble. And Xiaodu (the smart speaker)! My talkative child could chat with it for two hours, from telling stories to asking about the weather. This mom finally got to relax and scroll on her phone, haha. All in all, this hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip. Next time we're in Harbin, we absolutely have to stay here again~

Wanted to give my thanks to Joe for picking us up in the airport and helping us all around. He is naturally helpful and kind. Well the hotel is grand. It is old but they maintain it. We booked suite room and it is very spacious and comfortable. Bed is just fine and huge bathroom. They make sure to clean our room every day. Location wise is excellent . Close to many malls, travel time to sofia church and some other famous attractions is about 25mins. Just the food selection in this hotel is limited. The chinese restaurant seems close or fully booked all the time and the japanese restaurant is close the whole duration of our week. Hotel says because its off season. I didn't take pictures to share but We definitely gonna book this hotel when we come back to harbin.

I called in advance to communicate and offered to help reserve a parking space. I felt good before checking in. After checking in, the waiters were always very enthusiastic. Check-in at the hotel is slightly less efficient, and when skipping room inspections has become more popular, you still need to collect a deposit for items, but room inspections are very quick when checking out.

__CFT010000000367****The family-themed rooms at the Crowne Plaza are very popular. The front desk staff are professional, warm, and proactive in greeting guests and providing attentive service – that's true hospitality. The location is convenient; this hotel is a great choice if you're visiting the Ice and Snow World! Responses are prompt, and the rooms are clean.

JJimaodanziI'm a guest who recently finished a trip to Harbin. I'm writing this specifically to commend your hotel's butler, Sally Zhang Xinran, and Emma Han Yu from the breakfast restaurant front desk. I've been to Harbin many times, but this was my first time visiting as a tourist, and I unhesitatingly chose the Aoluguya Hotel. From the very beginning of my trip, the hotel service left a deep impression on me. Firstly, the butler, Sally Zhang Xinran, made me feel the hotel's warmth from the moment I set out. She not only offered me many travel suggestions but also promptly responded to all my questions during my stay. Secondly, there's Emma Han Yu from the breakfast restaurant. On the last day of my trip, an incident occurred at the breakfast restaurant. On check-in day, the hotel front desk explicitly told me that a meal voucher needed to be purchased separately for my child and that I could buy it when dining. So, during my stay, I always purchased it before meals, and for the first two days, there were no issues. However, on the last day, a restaurant staff member not only told me very bluntly that this operation was not allowed but also rudely interrupted my explanation, completely disregarding the guest's feelings (objectively speaking, it was my first time encountering a star-rated hotel staff member who wouldn't solve problems but only said 'No'). At that moment, Emma Han Yu, from another counter, intervened immediately after handling other guests' issues. She not only showed extremely high professional standards but also quickly provided a perfect solution, easing the awkward atmosphere. Emma Han Yu's crisis management ability displayed on the spot is a fundamental quality that any hotel professional should possess. She also fully considered the guest's feelings without compromising the hotel's interests. What's even more commendable is that she maintained sincerity and patience throughout the process, making me feel like family. For a traveler about to leave Harbin, this kindness from a stranger was incredibly precious. She filled the end of my Harbin trip with warmth, bringing it to a perfect close. Employees like Sally Zhang Xinran and Emma (Han Yu), who possess both professional competence and a warm service attitude, are the hotel's most valuable assets. I hope the hotel management can acknowledge and recognize their excellent performance.

GGuest UserThe overall experience exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade upon arrival; the room was spacious and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. The hot spring area at the hotel was fantastic, with clean spring water and a swimming pool to enjoy – very refreshing. Late at night, they even thoughtfully provided two complimentary servings of beef noodles or dumplings, which was both comforting and heartwarming; these little details really show their attentiveness. There’s absolutely nothing to fault regarding hygiene, environment, service, or facilities. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserI'm writing this review today because of Amy, an amazing lady at the JW Marriott Hotel Harbin. She was like a warm haven in the middle of the Harbin Ice and Snow World [smiley face]. Our stay at the Marriott was during the latter part of our Harbin trip. The morning we returned to Harbin from Snow Town, Amy called to confirm our itinerary and asked about our room preferences. She arranged a room with a view of the Ice and Snow World, and we were truly amazed the moment we stepped in. Because I hadn't read the details carefully, I discovered upon arrival that breakfast wasn't included in my package. My attempts to resolve this with the booking platform were unsuccessful. For someone like me who absolutely needs breakfast when staying at a hotel, this was really hard to accept, but since it was my own oversight, I had to just accept it. Later, I spoke with Amy, and after understanding the situation, she consulted with her superiors and helped resolve the issue. The hotel facilities are meticulous, thoughtful, and high-quality. I'll definitely book Marriott hotels in other locations again. Five-star rating, all thanks to the staff here. [smiley face]

CceleryshiEverything else was fine, but we mainly chose this hotel for the pool. It turned out to be an affiliated facility, meaning we had to leave the hotel, re-enter another building, and even pay a deposit. To make matters worse, the pool was completely occupied by training sessions. For our kids, who can't swim and just wanted to splash around, it was absolutely maddening, haha! The hotel's location is good, not far from Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. However, catching a taxi back was quite a challenge, and parking was also difficult for those driving.
