I didn't have high expectations for accommodation in Egypt, so overall, I thought it was pretty good. The room was quite large, a bit old but reasonably clean. The bathroom was okay, but the sink was too small with no space for toiletries, and most importantly, it was leaking. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the pillows were very comfy, so we slept soundly and rested well. They provide two complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can ask the front desk for more if needed. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers disposable slippers but no toothbrushes or other toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and good taste, enough to fill you up before starting your day.

Everything is great. Good locations to visit the Puranas. Just right outside the pyramid entrance. The view from the roof top is magnificent. Food was average.. but it’s edible. However, the only thing I like to mentioned is the amenities in the room isn’t too complete. We booked 2 rooms and Some of the rooms come w table lamp but the other doesn’t. Some of the room comes w plugs but another has no plugs at all so we request for a change of rooms. Couldn’t charge my phone or I have to sacrifice the Tv 🥲. So we asked for a change of rooms They also do not have hairdryer in the room and you need to ask for it. Of course they are very kind people but it’s just a hassle for customers. Another issues we encounter is the poor wifi connectivity and that gets into our nerves. Basically is weak connection thus it gets cut off or totally couldn’t locate the room number at all. Besides, room was comfortable and staff was very helpful and kind. I guess it’s consider a very good place to stay despite those little issues.

It's on the quieter side, so you get that intimate pyramid vibe without the tour bus frenzy. Our junior suite was perfect for two – spacious enough to unwind after a day of exploring, with all the comforts you'd want. But the real highlight? That rooftop breakfast terrace! Sipping coffee while gazing at the two massive pyramids looming in the morning light felt like a scene from a history book come to life. And the WiFi? Rock-solid throughout the hotel – a lifesaver for uploading all those epic photos and staying connected. What truly elevated this trip was the team, led by the incredible owner, Mohamed. He's got this genuine warmth that's rare in hospitality – like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. He hooked us up with insider tips on the best ride-sharing apps to navigate Cairo's wild traffic, spot-on restaurant recs nearby, and even curated a day tour that blew us away. The price was super reasonable, and our guide, Mo Karam, was an absolute standout. Thoughtful, packed with Egyptian history knowledge, and brimming with passion – he fielded my endless questions (seriously, a million of them!) with patience and extra stories that made the sites come alive. Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. The whole staff is like that: friendly, chatty, and eager to help with whatever's on your mind, from hidden gems to quick translations. A very negative experience during my stay. I had booked a Deluxe room, but on the first night, I was put in a very noisy economy room with a view of the pyramids. I went to the reception, and they told me all Deluxe rooms were occupied and they could only move me the next day. Throughout the night, I could hear constant honking and car traffic from the room – it was impossible to get any decent sleep. The next day, they did move me to a Deluxe room, which was quiet, so the problem was clearly with the initial room. But the unpleasantness didn't end there. On the day of check-out, starting from 8 AM, they began calling my room phone to remind me that check-out was at 12 PM. Then, at 10:30 AM, housekeepers started knocking on the door, which prevented me from getting proper rest before leaving. If the hotel knows the check-out time, it's unclear why they would wake a guest multiple times early in the morning and disturb them before the official check-out time. I do not recommend this hotel. If peace and a good rest are important to you, be prepared for noise and bothersome staff.

Hotel is new and looks great. It’s out of the way from downtown which makes it more peaceful. We stayed a few nights, breakfast and the pool amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. However a few things to point out that I was going to but needs to be said. No privacy as workers working most of day outside of room so the window and curtains had to be closed or creepy men looking at you. Door connected to another room and not good sound proofing or insulation, can here everything other people are doing. Bed sheets had some blue dye stains on them the first night which was unwelcoming. Lastly, we decided to check out one night before, going to pay for mini bar things. The menu is priced in local money and not in dollars and doesn’t have VAT included, also a mini bar service charge is charged for the house keeper to refill which is hilarious at best as you pay for the room. That should include her to top up the fridge just as she would top up towels. Water isn’t free only a big bottle and not the small bottles so be careful. They don’t explain that clearly. So, once I saw my bill I tried to talk with front of house about it. He treated me like and ***** and said I need to pay in USA dollar and I said then why have a menu in your local currency. He couldn’t give me a good answer and just said all hotels do it. Then he started to laugh and tell me this is little USA money and so on and laugh again. I ended up paying my bill just to get out of the hotel as his attitude was poor and almost sarcastic. I paid then he said I’m welcome back be he will give compensation. I said well you wouldn’t help me swap a day to later in the week to return as early check out before so am good. Overall, we left the hotel in a poor mood and not acceptable. I’ve worked and work for these hotels and that is just poor. That was the biggest let down unfortunately.

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out. I was actually planning to book an additional night, but after this experience, I wouldn't dream of staying here again. It is shocking that a supervisor would have so little respect for paying guests

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room views and lounge areas were fantastic too! The front desk staff, the servers at Restaurant 139, and the security personnel all provided excellent service. We requested a late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us plenty of time to relax and explore the hotel. The baggage attendant at the pick-up point was incredibly kind! Just a heads-up, crows do try to sneak some breakfast! One side of the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and I'm really looking forward to staying in the newly renovated section next time, especially since the bathroom didn't have a showerhead, which was a bit inconvenient.

We took a room with the balcony. We were immediately offered another room, on the roof with a small window. We refused and regretted at night, it was very noisy. The next day we moved to room 802. Comfortable beds, on the roof the room was clean. Ask in advance to be settled in the roof rooms. At the respiratory Aya recommended us dinner on the steamboat. We agreed. We had a pleasure. We were taken, met from the boat and taken back. At the pool and on the terrace you can make a class photo on the background of the pyramid. I recommend this hotel if you have come to visit the pyramids and a new museum. Responsive staff helped organize a surprise for a friend in honor of his birthday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay Made Truly Memorable by Outstanding Professionals My stay at Hilton Pyramids Golf Cairo was a wonderful experience, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the reception team, especially Rawan and Mennatallh. Rawan was the first person I met upon arrival, and she immediately set a very positive tone for my stay. Her warm welcome, confident professionalism, and genuine friendliness made me feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. She handled the check in process smoothly and efficiently, while always taking the time to ensure everything was clear and well organized. Her positive energy and attentive approach truly stood out. Mennatallh continued this excellent experience with the same high level of professionalism and care. Her calm manner, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication made every interaction effortless. She showed genuine interest in ensuring that my stay was perfect and consistently went above expectations in the way she handled requests and questions. I have stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, yet the level of service demonstrated by Rawan and Mennatallh exceeded what I have experienced in many high end properties. Because of them, my stay was smooth, stress free, and genuinely memorable. They are a true asset to Hilton and a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be. I would highly recommend Hilton Pyramids Golf Cairo, and I will certainly return, largely because of these two exceptional professionals.

Location, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either.  From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.
