Got an upgraded room with a river view, it was a side view but still very pretty. The included dinner was mediocre, not many dishes, but the BBQ was decent. Drinks were not included. Breakfast was at the same restaurant, with more variety and quite tasty. I recommend the traditional fried dishes. The restaurant drinks were a bit pricey compared to the hotel's caliber.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! I'd like to leave a review and sincerely praise this hotel – everything was simply top-notch! Location: Absolutely magnificent, with a direct view of the pyramids. This made our family trip truly special and unforgettable. Check-in and Rooms: We arrived very early, at 5 AM, and they accommodated us by giving us the keys immediately! The rooms themselves are very comfortable, fresh, and brand new. Restaurant: The food is incredibly delicious! I want to express my huge gratitude to the restaurant staff (a wonderful man and woman) – they are amazing, hospitable people who surprised us with pleasant treats from themselves on several occasions. Service: Special thanks to Amr at the reception. He was very kind, showed genuine care, always offered water, and helped with any questions. A big thank you to the entire team for the amazing service. We will definitely come back here again!

Although the hotel is far from the city center, it is close to the Great Pyramids of Giza, also known as the GEM. The breakfast is delicious, and when we got tired of Egyptian food we stopped off at the restaurant towards the end of the day. The pizza and french fries were amazing. The breakfast area has a great view, and it really makes you feel like you're on vacation. It's a bit disappointing that it's easy to hear noise from the next room, but I'm glad I chose this hotel over a hotel in the city.

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out. I was actually planning to book an additional night, but after this experience, I wouldn't dream of staying here again. It is shocking that a supervisor would have so little respect for paying guests

The Mena House's views and location are truly unbeatable, one of a kind in the world. You can only fully experience the pyramids from sunrise, midday, to sunset by staying here. As night falls, without the pyramid lights, they appear exceptionally serene and mysterious, framed by the hotel's lights and palm trees. This is an experience that simply can't be replicated by just visiting for a quick photo. The hotel also carries immense historical significance. The Cairo Conference was signed here, and photos of the 'Big Three' from that era hang on the walls, full of historical resonance. For me, paying for this unique scenery and historical ambiance was absolutely worth it; I have no regrets. However, frankly speaking, the hotel's amenities, service, and attention to detail absolutely do not match its price (you're paying for the location, not the service). The hairdryer has weak power, leaving my hair dry and frizzy at the ends. The toiletries, especially the toothpaste, are of poor quality, like a product without any brand or quality assurance. There's only one type of pillow, and it's so soft it offers no support whatsoever. After one night, my neck was aching – not what you'd expect from a high-end hotel. The restaurant experience was also terrible: I ordered soup, and it was served without a spoon. I couldn't find one anywhere, and by the time the waiter brought one, the soup was completely cold. The restaurant staff would even specifically ask if everything was satisfactory, but by then, complaining felt pointless, so I could only say 'it's fine.' What was even more unsettling was the fake, superficial service. When I genuinely needed help or efficiency, no one was around. When checking out, my suitcase had spinner wheels and was very easy to push, but a staff member insisted on 'helping' with it, performing this kind of meaningless, superficial gesture. In summary: Staying here means paying for the pyramid views and the historical sentiment, not for comfort and service. Those who value scenery and historical significance might find it acceptable, but anyone seeking genuine service quality and a premium lodging experience will definitely be disappointed.

Rawan was the first person I met upon arrival, and she immediately set a very positive tone for my stay. Her warm welcome, confident professionalism, and genuine friendliness made me feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. She handled the check in process smoothly and efficiently, while always taking the time to ensure everything was clear and well organized. Her positive energy and attentive approach truly stood out. Mennatallh continued this excellent experience with the same high level of professionalism and care. Her calm manner, attention to detail, and thoughtful communication made every interaction effortless. She showed genuine interest in ensuring that my stay was perfect and consistently went above expectations in the way she handled requests and questions. I have stayed in many luxury hotels over the years, yet the level of service demonstrated by Rawan and Mennatallh exceeded what I have experienced in many high end properties. Because of them, my stay was smooth, stress free, and genuinely memorable. They are a true asset to Hilton and a perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should be. I would highly recommend Hilton Pyramids Golf Cairo, and I will certainly return, largely because of these two exceptional professionals.

We enjoyed the accommodation there, the location is as close as possible to the pyramids. Friendly staff, we arrived earlier than the time of settlement but we were immediately settle, we were treated with fresh juice. The hotel can organize all the rest: whether it's a tour and transfer to the airport. Rooms are clean, good repair, new air conditioner, heating. When we return to Cairo, it is necessary to come here.

The dining was an even bigger surprise! The hotel has a dedicated Chinese chef who prepares authentic Chinese cuisine. The breakfast was rich and delicious, perfectly satisfying a Chinese palate. You can also order Chinese stir-fries and other dishes. The taste is almost identical to what you'd find back home. Being able to eat such authentic Chinese food in a foreign country was truly comforting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Furthermore, the hotel is invested by a Chinese state-owned enterprise, so security is strict, and surveillance is comprehensive, providing a complete sense of safety. Staying here in Cairo made me feel especially secure and at ease. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations.
