First of all, this is my second time staying in this hotel. I come to this city every year. Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old and the decoration was relatively early. The door is the bus line to various towns, to the east is the Science City (new town new building), modern shopping center, supermarket, to the north is the train station, the old town, to the south is the V31 highway connecting the airport, AP-7 is very convenient. The location is great - easy to get to the airport , to the centre and the port. Whichever way you are getting into Alicante it would be convenient. The check-in is easy and smooth, late checkout is good value at €10. The things I would improve is allowing single item purchases at breakfast time ( as it is they only let you have the breakfast buffet for €10 or nothing, but you can't have a croissant or a muffin on its own with your coffee. 🥴 . Also , on the facilities front I do miss a power outlet in the bathroom - it's a commonplace thing in continental Europe but never to be seen in U.K. and Ireland. For some strange reason it's missing here.

Everything is great in the hotel - location, spacious bright room, great delicious restaurant, and also SPA... especially wonderful massage after the half marathon... However, there was a moment that upset me - I arrived at the hotel after the competition at about 13:00, at the reception they said that the room would be ready at the standard 15:00... Ok...
