"Fantastic stay – great service, location, and value! We stayed over a weekend and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Check-in: we arrived early at 1pm (official check-in is 3pm) and was pleasantly surprised that our rooms was already ready. The front desk team were warm and welcoming. Service: The staff went above and beyond – they even sent a follow-up SMS to check if our rooms were comfortable and if we needed any assistance. A personal touch that made a real difference. Location: Perfect – just a few steps from Brighton beach. Very convenient for exploring the seafront and town. Room: Clean, comfortable, and with strong, reliable air-conditioning. We didn't have a sea view (opted for a standard room), but it was perfectly fine since we were out most of the day. Wi-Fi: Fast and consistent – no issues at all. Parking: On-site parking available, and the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast: The buffet spread was superb. A special mention for the dedicated vegan and vegetarian station – great to see such thoughtful options. Overall: Highly recommended for families, couples, solo travellers, or anyone wanting a stress-free stay in Brighton. I'd definitely stay again."

"Good location right next to the beach and Eastbourne seafront. Only around 30 minute drive to the Severn Sisters car parks where you can complete the hike. Rooms are well kept with nice interiors and good views. However, parking can be difficult as only designated parking is by the seafront which is often full. Had to park in the multi-story NCP instead but is only around a 10 minute walk."

"Great location great size room and comfy beds very quiet at night.  Two king size beds were great.   Breakfast was good value. Air con quiet and very good.   Defo be back.  Only slight annoyance was parking under hotel cost me  £44 a day so £88 for to night with suitcases and kids in tow it’s the best place to park but no discount for being a guest."

"Fantastic hotel. Spa was a great place to unwind. The pavilion restaurant was really good food. And breakfast delicious. Is going through a refit currently. Hope the car chargers work soon"

"Probably the best hotel in Eastbourne, it has an old and classy feel to it. The rooms are decorated in a very European style and are very beautiful, with free mineral water, and a nesperesso capsule coffee machine. Eastbourne is a quiet town, the hotel is across the road to the sea, perfect for a 2-3 day seaside vacation here. Then no time to stay only one night, a bit regretful. Oh by the way, the bellman at the front desk was a cute old man with a very good service attitude. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a la carte + a small amount of buffet. The cutlery is all available, and the restaurant environment is unusually elegant. I didn't even dare to speak loudly to have breakfast here. Really good hotel, booked three months in advance for the price of 1900, value for money, lucky to stay one night, will always remember."

"Used this as a convenient stay over to attend a function locally. It was much better than expected. We were able to use the swimming pool and sauna before we went out. We had a lunch in the bar which was reasonably priced and good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and hot, great selection fruit yoghurt cereal and full English with tea and coffee. I would use this hotel again"

"We stayed just before the bank holiday, so the hotel was very busy. The hotel is lovely, but it felt smaller than the photos suggest, and the pool was so crowded that we didn’t end up using it. Our bathroom blackout curtain was broken, and opening the window meant hearing kitchen extraction fans and smelling cooking fumes, which wasn’t quite the countryside atmosphere we expected. That said, the hotel is well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and we still had a pleasant stay overall."

"A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive. There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back"

"This is a manor hotel, and it looks pretty good from the outside. I still want to pick something wrong: First of all, it is the hygiene problem. Cobwebs can be seen everywhere, in the corner of the bathroom, on the walls of the room, and even in the menu of the food delivery. I can't understand such a thing appearing in a so-called high-end hotel. Inside; the waiter is still quite polite, but I called the front desk from the room to arrange the wake-up service for me the next day... but it was not done for me; the restaurant is said to belong to Fine Dining, from the perspective of the breakfast... Healthy, Do what I want for me with intentions, not sloppy; the hotel is equipped with a so-called clubhouse, including a separate gym, swimming pool, changing room (but no sauna, steam), the equipment is not perfect; in addition, there is a leisure The restaurant in the hotel can be used by the guests of the health center, but the selection of coffee beans is not good; the hotel's main building and the rooms are quite stuffy, airtight, and have no air conditioning. The ¥1670 twin room with two breakfasts is not very spacious, there is no small refrigerator, the sound insulation is poor, and the walk outside the doorway can be heard clearly... and it is shocking; there are actually two English-style billiard tables downstairs in the restaurant of the main building for guests. Play, that's the only big highlight. You have to check out at 11 o'clock, which can be delayed for an hour, and then you need to charge 50 pounds, but it does not say how long this charge will last."
