Pros- view was good, room was clean and bathroom was also clean. Easy to use and get around with parking and the pool and gym was great. Cons- asked for non smoking room as had a child but not provided and due to this yellowish walls and tabacco smell not suitable for a baby.

It's very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to wash up every time I wake up.

We chose Hyatt Place Makassar for our vacation because of its excellent facilities, especially the gym and swimming pool with their stunning views. The service was incredibly friendly, which is perfect for guests looking to holiday there. The food was also excellent and delicious, and the cleanliness really enhanced the breakfast and dinner experience.

The room was clean and quite spacious, no bottled water but there was a dispenser outside the room. There was an electric thermos for boiling water, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. There was also a toothbrush, sanitary bag, cotton buds. The shower had hot water. No hair dryer, had to borrow from the receptionist. Didn't try the breakfast. There is an Alfamart & BCA ATM in front of the hotel.

The hotel is nice and the facilities are complete. The main thing is that the mall is flexible for shopping and rest. Anyway, the best of myko hotel

I arrived at 2 PM and requested a non-smoking room, but despite having specified this in my app booking, I was told to wait 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, the room still wasn't ready, and my patience was wearing thin. I was then reluctantly moved to a different room. Once inside, I discovered it was a connected room and completely lacked soundproofing, allowing me to hear my neighbors clearly from both sides. I considered complaining, but I was too exhausted. On a positive note, the view and the location, particularly with its proximity to CPI, were excellent.

The room was outdated, yellow lighting, no window makes it feel a bit shady. The price was cheap I know, but some cheaper hotels have a better room. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the saving grace are the gym and the location, that's all

The hotel service is very good, the cleanliness is OK, and it is also close to the 99 Dome Mosque. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillow is a bit soft. You can ask the counter for more pillows🤭
