The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

There didn't seem to be many foreigners staying there, but the room was clean and spacious. There were some days when the sound was loud because of club events, but overall I was satisfied.

The restaurant staff needs to be trained on hygiene and appropriate manners. The cleanliness was above par, service of housekeeping is good. The room is quite spacious. The bedding requires change, particularly the bed sheet, pillow covers.
