Smallest things tell us everything about a hotel. At Hatten Melaka: - bathroom sink drainage was terrible. - base of glass shower area was so dirty. - shower holder was loose - sliding glass door leading to toilet also had a loose handle/lock - zero initiative from reception staff who were doing nothing in the backroom to come out to help clear the queue of people who were either waiting to check out/in or validate car park TnG - breakfast was a mess. Tons of tables uncleared. Long queues at the eggs counter

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Augustine from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. My family really enjoyed our time here, and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, directly overlooking Pantai Puteri Melaka. The room could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, there are no photos available to spare you from being traumatized. I came here for a business trip, and my room wasn't the best. The floor and furniture were dusty, and I had to personally sanitize the whole room because I wasn't convinced of its cleanliness. The toilet was decent, but the sink was kind of clogged, so I was only able to use the shower and other amenities. There was no comb or toothbrush and toothpaste provided. The bed was comfortable, thankfully. I was skeptical that there might be bedbugs because I noticed a stain on the bedsheet, but it turned out to be all good. I had a comfortable rest for the night, except for the loud noise from the fridge. The location was great, easy to park and near the entrance. The staff were really friendly, so that's a plus point.

Wow, this hotel is really clean. I love clean hotel. Thank you Asiatic Hotel : housekeeping team for keeping the rooms so clean. I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Thank you Asiatic Hotel for your hospitality and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel.

Worth the money spent. We attended a kenduri and chose to stay here with a couple of other families. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. There were plenty of kedai makan near the hotel. There was also a Food Festival during our stay, so parking was limited. Overall, we were satisfied.

Every element seemed thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I absolutely loved my time at The Majestic Malacca and would not hesitate to return. Our stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our room’s fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience. The highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable. Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

Overall the room is very clean. Location is very good, with parking at the premise available and around 10 minites walk to Jonker Street. The staff is also very friendly, greeting is everytime they saw us. There is also a filter water machine right outside our room which is a big plus. However, I think the wall is not that good with noise, can help a bit on the neighbour room. But overall, we had a very nice and comfy stay. Will definiyely come back if ever visit Melaka again.

I stayed for 3D2N, and overall, it was an okay experience. The biggest downside is the confusing reception area—it’s mixed with The Swiss Hotel, residential units, and a shopping mall, making it quite hard to locate. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, which was a plus. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was just average, and unfortunately, there was a cockroach-like smell in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, and since they share the dining area with Swiss Hotel, things got messy during peak season. They separated guests into a different space without any notice, which was quite disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent place but with some areas for improvement.
