The legend and classic vibe of Royale Chulan. Very satisfied with the room, service and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staffs are friendly and accommodate. Location is good, nearby mosque, mall, town and KTM. The downside maybe the old pillow and flat, which hotel need to change it. Parking provided for hotel guest. Overall this place is cozy and comfortable to stay. My sister always chose to stay at Royale Chulan for every Raya celebration in Seremban.

Overall, we had a pleasant staycation experience. 👍 Pros: 1. The room was very spacious and comfortable. 2. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfy – had a good night’s sleep. 3. The bed was huge, perfect for relaxing. 4. Clean room with a modern layout. 5. Furniture looked new and well-maintained. 6. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted delicious. 7. The swimming pool is large, and the hotel has its own private beach – great for a relaxing getaway. 8. The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board, which was very convenient. 👎 Cons: 1. Our room was on Level 7, and during our stay one of the lifts was under maintenance. We had to use the stairs from Level 4 to Level 7, which was quite inconvenient.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Avilion Port Dickson, especially enjoying its unique architecture and relaxing seaside atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the resort still carries a charming, resort-style vibe that makes it suitable for a short getaway. We stayed at Lisboa (Room 3xx with sea view), which offered a nice view, though during our stay in January 2026 the resort was quite crowded. This affected the overall tranquility, especially in common areas. Additionally, some parts of the building feel a little dated, and more regular maintenance would definitely help enhance the guest experience. For future visitors, I would recommend Tumasek (Room 9xx) instead, as it offers a clearer view of the water and better access to a nicer, cleaner beach area, which seems more enjoyable and scenic. Overall, Avilion Port Dickson is still a lovely resort with great potential, but improved maintenance and better crowd management during peak periods would make the stay even more enjoyable.

So far we are very happy to stay in Raia Beach Resort. Front desk receptionist was very friendly when we were check in. The room was very clean, bright and pleasant fresher ever. Even though we are near the pool area and the beach but the sound prove of the room very good we don’t hear any noises from outside.  We were staying at block E very near to the gate to the public beach. We feel very secured bcos the the gate too the public beach is hotel room card operate and the operating hour is 7am-7pm other time is closed even you use card to tap also will not open if is outside the operating hour. 👍 The buffet breakfast I will not said fantastic but I think for the price of hotel with breakfast I would said is value for money. Breakfast was everyday got Nasi Lemak but different type of curry chicken, hot chicken nuggets, chicken sausages, baked beans, Chinese porridge with different type of side dishes, toast, egg station, noodle soup station, everyday 2 type of cakes (I.e. butter cakes and marble cakes), Kuih, fruits, juices and coffee & tea.  I think is just good enough for me.  The staff very kind and friendly. I think the resort just took over by new management as we can see at night the staffs still try to put up some safety measures I.e. safety at pool area, life guard station and towel station. The resort very convenient to the nearby makan stalls and convenience stall. I would recommend friends & relative to stay at this resort.  Thank you management and the staffs for up keeping the resort neat and clean. Please keep up with the good work. Overall the hotel facilities and services are good. Cleanliness need to improve especially at common area corrridors and bathroom. Location is very good and the beach site is considered quite clean compared with other sites. The swimming pool is long & clean less chlorine. Will book again for next trip.

As soon as we walked in, we were hit by a stale, dusty smell. The room wasn't very clean, but we didn't think much of it and checked in anyway. To our surprise, the next day we woke up with those terrible little rashes shown in the pictures. If this hadn't happened on the second day, we could have changed hotels sooner. Our first day's experience was also awful. After a tiring day of hiking, we couldn't get back into our room because our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to call someone for maintenance. Luckily, after some fixing, we got in, but dramatically, the same thing happened a second time. Frustrated, I asked them to fix it permanently or please give us a different room. This time, it was fixed quickly again, so thanks to the staff. But I didn't realize that this was just heaven's first warning. On the third morning, we were supposed to sleep until noon and then leave the hotel refreshed. Instead, the biggest nightmare arrived. I was half-asleep when I was woken up by a continuous wake-up call that lasted at least three minutes. I finally broke down. Although this wake-up service wasn't for us, I was clearly more ”serviced” than the neighbors who wouldn't get up. Angrily, I got up and saw that next door was clearly a group of students on a tour? I'm writing this review in anger, hoping to help anyone who needs it.

The room was comfortable overall and suitable for our family stay. However, the toilet flushing system required a longer time to flush properly, which could be improved. The breakfast selection was decent, but we found the dishes to be slightly too salty for our preference. With some adjustments to these areas, the overall experience would be much better.

Ancasa is a very basic resort that feels quite dated. On the bright side, the beds were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea right from our balcony, which was a nice touch. There is also a side door that provides direct access to the beach. However, the apartment itself is not well-maintained and shows its age. We unfortunately encountered a large cockroach during our stay. If you’re just looking for a decent bed and a view, it’s okay, but don't expect too much in terms of modern facilities or high-level cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at this beach hotel and truly enjoyed every moment here. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience relaxing and unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and comfortable, ideal for anyone looking to unwind and escape from a busy routine. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and waking up to the sound of the waves was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved spending time by the beach, especially during sunset — the view was absolutely stunning. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect balance of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway and would happily return again in the future.

The room is spacious. However, it needs refurbishing. The room has unpleasant odors the moment I open the door, some kind of mouldy smell. The bed sheets don’t cover the whole mattress, they are smaller than the mattress. There’s no ventilator in the bathroom. The lights in the bathroom is so dim.
