The rooms were clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a much appreciated/needed balcony for drying the soaking clothes after our rainy hike. The service was quick and friendly, starting with the very nice security guard at the gate and ending with the front desk employees who were efficient and polite. The only real downside was that the hot water wasn't really working well at all in the shower, which was a bit of an issue considering I was in dire need of a good shower after my hike. But overall, a great value for anyone looking to stay in downtown Kathmandu in a convenient location!

The hotel facilities and sanitation are very good. The service is very enthusiastic. The hotel also gave away free breakfast. The hotel's breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes very good. Love it 😍

This is my second time in Kathmandu and the fourth hotel I have stayed at. Everything in the room is up to Marriott standards: the bed, the bathroom, everything was great. However, the ventilation at the buffet breakfast is really bad, after our breakfast I smelled like I worked at the kitchen all day. I ordered room service once; their momo is the worst momo anyone could find in Nepal. It is overcooked and wrongly seasoned, and the dumpling wrapper was broken and overpriced. Luckily the hotel staffs recommended another momo place that is 3 minutes walk from the Marriott, at least I got some good momos before leaving this beautiful city. I still cannot believe I spent that much on a hotel in this city. There are many nice hotels in the city with good service and cleanliness at a more affordable price. I would recommend this place if you have high standards of living and hygiene and do not expect any cultural things. Basically, you won't feel like you are in Nepal when you are inside the hotel.

Excellent choice. We had a great 3 night stay which became very convenient due to interconnecting rooms. Service was fast, walkable to Thamel, great food at Japanese K2SH and Kava restaurants. No complains except the actual room size is very small. Thanks to staff.

Perfect hotel for a pleasant stay in Kathmandu. The very friendly staff made our stay perfect, always with a smile, especially our egg cook at breakfast and Ram the chef. At reception they helped us with all the questions and recommendations of the place. The rooms were very clean with everything we needed, even a coffee maker and some very tasty cookies for the coffee break, which were replenished every day, they even brought us seasonal fruit. The upstairs restaurant is a chill out type with good music and very good food. I chose this hotel because of the rating on the travel pages and YES IT IS TRUE, the rating is very high because of the good work of the staff, the very well decorated space and the central area.

The hotel has a nice view from the outside. Breakfast is not included in the price and needs to be paid extra. There were sporadic power outages during the stay. I was a little worried and scared at first, but later I turned off the air conditioner and the power outages were alleviated. It is very close to the airport and the Boudhanath temple. You can see the panoramic view of the hotel when the plane takes off.

Service: All the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! This is a level that many five-star hotels in China cannot reach! Facilities: The lobby and restaurant are very beautiful ~ the room facilities are about the same as those of the All Seasons. The view outside the window is great (see video). Breakfast: It is quite rich, but it is all South Asian style. It would be great if some Chinese food could be added. The last feature is Butter milk, you must try it.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in Nepal. The pictures on the website do not do justice to this beautiful place.  initially we only booked for two nights however after seeing our room and their services we extended for the rest of our trip. Their service is phenomenal. Puja, Assmi, and Mukundra took great care of us. The food was so delicious there we ended up eating all of our meals at the hotel. The rooftop is beautiful and we enjoyed doing hookah there. If you are looking for a clean quiet environment, this is the best place to be. 

New Hotel with Great Roof Top View, needs to improve. Room is nice, smells new, however bed sheet is completely new , itchy , it’s like just bought and not washed , direct to the bed or been there dusty for long time. Towel is dirty white, not convenient. Water is totally disappointed, Color yellow, un-filtered and smells. Need proper filtration. Massage, all is new, bed is sounding haha , no music , no aroma for 8k local currency, 1 hour, masseuse was good. Food some are great, some are tough. View is the best for this hotel, but they open only afternoon to 10.. if you are sunrise person , this hotel is not for you. Sun set was great. Staffs are friendly, however next visit should be more thoughtful on guiding guests, where is elevator, what are facilities and hotel can offer. Breakfast was fair, price is recommendable.

The hotel's service staff was very polite. As soon as they entered the hotel, the staff offered Hada and instantly felt that this strange city was very kind. It was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast can be ordered as your favorite, and then it is very delicate.

The hotel service is very good, the front desk and the guard are very warm, the location is close to the airport, it is not very easy to find. Ctrip's telephone customer service is really getting better and better, like one!

Things left the room to find the front desk, the front desk does not matter if you contact the cleaning waiter, how do I know who is cleaning? Later, I found it through Ctrip pressure. Here is a compliment to the Ctrip housekeeper!

We had one of the best experienced stay in a hotel here in Mystic mountain. They have really good amenities and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have tried to help us all the time. The food was astonishing including the breakfast to dinner. Thanks a lot for giving us a great stay!!

As it is the best hotel in Nagarkot, I was very satisfied. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than check-in time, but they still accommodated me. They also upgraded my room for free, so I stayed in a deluxe room! One thing that was different from what I expected was that the pool was small. I had imagined it to be quite large, but it wasn't that big. I think if you don't expect too much you'll be able to enjoy yourself and not be disappointed. Overall I'm satisfied!

Customer service was satisfactory but rooms were not clean. Had a strange smell. Bed sheet and blankets were smelly too. I recommend you to please change bed sheets and blanket sheet after each use and keep a room freshener spray inside. Morning view from the hotel was absolutely amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is top-notch. Rooms are very clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. We loved the view from our room and on a clear day, you can see the Himalayas. Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff are so attentive and quick. Dinner at the restaurant was on the pricier side. We ordered a cheese pizza that tasted very bland and had to send it back. The chef added more cheese on top and reheated the pizza which made it worse. However, the waiter was very nice enough to send the pizza back again and removed it from our bill. Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.
