Hotels With Pools in Nelson Region, New Zealand

We didnt realise we could have requested a groud floor bedroom. It was tough as an 80 year old lugging three cases and various other items up the stairs. I looked for a lift but couldnt find one. Otherwise apart from the inside of the bathroom door which needs some attention it was ok.

I visited the hotel directly the day before to confirm the reservation, but the hotel said the reservation was not accepted. I think there was some mistake on Trip.com. It is hard to trust. I finally got in touch with the staff in Korea and they resolved it well. Thank you to that staff. My family was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. It was old, but not disappointing. I used the sauna in the hotel, and it was really nice for the first time in a long time.

The room was clean and tidy, the outdoor view was good, the room was very comfortable, the location was good, and there was a small swimming pool outdoors. The service is also very warm and thoughtful. The only downside is that under the aircraft channel, there will be sound when the plane flies, but Nielsen didn't have many planes, and the impact was not too big.

This hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.

Arrived on a cold arvo, heater was on room was toasty as. Thank you. Great room, lovely staff. Great value...We will be back

This manor-style hotel really shocked me, the environment is beautiful, the safety factor is very high, sarah and her team are really responsible, and the health of this hotel is the only place I dare to use the bathtub, because the hygiene is really too clean, in the two nights of stay, Every night there are restaurants around the fire and in the morning you can enjoy food in the church, it is really great!!

Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks) Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds Highly recommended and at a great rate We looking forward staying here again

Clean and good location. Just by the beach. Strong sense of service. Before we checked in, the boss had turned on the heating and was very intimate. There is parking space. The bathroom equipment is a bit old, but it does not affect the living.

The location is good, the outdoor swimming pool, the children had a lot of fun. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you can make your own food.

Great central location with restaurants and shops nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Onsite parking was also available.
