We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

This was our second time staying here. This hotel and its staff always provide quality service. From the delicious Buffett breakfast to the free airport shuttle, it’s a great value. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here.

This is an excellent hotel. Both the service and the room's facilities, hardware and software, are outstanding. They offer welcome coconuts, a minibar with healthy drinks, and even turn-down service at night. The TV has all major platforms and free movies. The room feels spacious and the bed is large and comfortable. All staff members, from the front desk to the restaurant and even the lifeguards, are friendly and polite. I really appreciate their conversations and service. However, I must mention that the hotel is currently in a 'soft-run' phase. During the day, there's a lot of ongoing renovation and occasional construction noise in various areas, and the spa is not yet complete. The dining options are limited (though every dish I had was delicious). Also, the rooms have a smart power detection system that automatically shuts off power, including the mini-fridge, when no one is in the room. This means drinks can't stay cold all the time, and charging your phone while you're out of the room isn't reliable. Despite these points, I still highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, perfect for unwinding and taking peaceful walks by the sea – it's truly wonderful.

The location is very convenient since it was just in front of Robinsons Palawan. Check in process was smooth as the staff already checked us in prior to arriving. The complimentary airport transfer was good. The driver was on time. Just had a few hiccups when I initially reserved for a complimentary airport transfer as the socmed admin seems puzzled at first. But just a minor flaw. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was excellent especially it’s a buffet. Extra stars for being flexible, was able to give us a packed breakfast since we are leaving early morning. Extra stars also for the helpful and proactive staff. Overall, it was a great stay and would book again when I go back to Puerto Princesa.

Prior to arrival, I had reservations about the room rate, considering it somewhat high. However, the moment I was greeted by the magnificent panorama from my room, all doubts dissolved. The unparalleled vista made it clear that the value received far exceeded the cost. Adding to the perfection was the incredible staff. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to help were remarkable and made the stay truly special. Every aspect of this visit was memorable. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience.

An absolute paradise for families! We had an amazing stay at Astoria Palawan. The highlight for the kids (and adults!) was definitely the Palawan Waterpark, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beach view is stunning. Special shoutout to the staff who were incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with warm smiles. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!
