The room was super clean, the location is near a public transportation which I'd good ans bad at the same time due to noise, the stuffs are friendly and helpful. Therr only negatives are: There is a TV and AC, but in order to use it you must demand the remotes. As well as the fact that we either give them a credit card or 50 euros as a warranty instead of a ID, which we found it not so common and were doubting it, ans of course we gave cash.

The location is excellent being in the centre of everything. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious. Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy. Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling

The hotel has finished the purple flowers downstairs, and the bathtub on the top floor is exclusive for the club suite guests. The suites are very good and the price is not expensive. The nearby Atlantic seafood is superb. The friends in Lisbon are good in English and very enthusiastic. The law and order is very good. Well, during the day, I can take the train to Rocca, and I will embrace the Atlantic for the first time in my life. It is 1 million kilometers away from Beijing, and the time difference is 7 hours. It is too far away.

The room is large with 2 large and comfortable beds next to each other, the bathroom with shower is spacious with soft and large towels provided. The general cleanliness is very good, they changed our towels every day even though we didn't ask for it (a choice that I think is not very eco-friendly) There are some cafes nearby (we didn't include breakfast) and restaurants, the bus stop to the center is just a few steps away. The center can also be reached on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes. The Hotel has a covered parking lot at a cost of €19.00 per day, absolutely essential if you arrive by car since there are no other parking lots nearby.

Be careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable. For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech. The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah. Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench. Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors. No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.

I booked twice to stay at this hotel because I wasn't allowed to modify my booking, even though my second booking meant my husband and I would stay longer at the hotel. My first booking was for November 29 to December 4, and because flights to Lisbon were much cheaper on November 26th than November 28th, I decided to take the earlier flight and therefore enjoy Lisbon a bit longer. I was disappointed in the inconvenience of having to book a different room instead of being allowed to stay in the same room, not to mention the hassle of having to pack and unpack our stuff when we transferred rooms from the 12th floor to the 13th floor. But fortunately, our second room was much nicer than the first, even though the first one was slightly more expensive because it had a view of the river. The second room was newly decorated with tasteful interior design in blue, white, and gray, while the first had a tacky red padded leatherette headboard wall. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The wheelchair they lent us during our stay was new and sturdy, the breakfast food was decent, and the folks were friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the gorgeous train and bus station by Santiago Calatrava, a huge mall, and walking distance from the Expo area, the Fiera Internacional Lisboa, and two excellent restaurants - Honest Greens (best hummus we ever tasted, grilled veggies and salmon) and Butchers (grilled ribeye and lovely staff).

The bathroom was too small for multiple people to use, and the lockers were not convenient for storing luggage. It was also inconvenient that there were no curtains on each bed, and it was a bit noisy at night. The location was good, but there are many hostels that are better overall, so I don't think I will visit again.

Very nice hotel!! We spent our vacation there 4 nights. Clean and good amenities, good for photos. Nice service with everyday room cleaning.Staff are mostly friendly. We received a little presents because of my boyfriend’s birthday. A little improvement is the room view it is blocked by wire. Would be better if they have the airport shuttle service as mentioned. The spa was the best part of this hotel 😆 We have been there twice and its free of charge! This hotel is a great deal in my point.

Perfect location. Walkable to everywhere and the Hop On Hop Off Buss was right around the corner. The food at this restaurant is awesome too. Definitely get the sea bass and mash potatoes. The room was clean, stocked and perfect size for my stay. Highly recommended this hotel. Will definitely be coming back again.

Lisbon Old Town
Cozy apartment, newly renovated, beautiful interior, has everything you need, the only negative is that my devices faced the road and even with the windows closed it was VERY noisy, especially every 30 seconds when a car drives by and hits metal on the asphalt, there is an impact and a sharp bang , both day and night. My room was 13a, ask for an apartment on the other side so you can sleep.
