My stay here was very short. Just one night. First, my car is very tall. Luckily they do have a parking area in their garage dedicated to taller cars. But I need to mention that using this area is more expensive than the regular parking. The front desk look nice and tidy, and checking in went smoothly. Still having tables and chairs right in front of the desk made it seem like a mess. But don't let this ruin your stay here. The room looks great. Except the temperature is hot. Really hot. You can open up a window, but it should be a way to turn down the heat. Next is the towel rack in the bathroom. It's right next to the toilet, wich I find very un hygienic. Still these are just minor complains. The room looks great. It's clean and the beds gave us a good night sleep. The floor doesn't have a carpet. Instead it has parquet. This give a so much cleaner impression than the carpet most hotels have. Bathroom is also nice and clean. The breakfast is great with a lots of food to choose from. All in all I do recommend staying in this hotel.

Visited in may on a work conference were we rented almost the entire hotel. Very happy with my overall experience. First impression is wow when entering the ”livingroom”, nice atmosphere, colors and music. Very nice decor. I have no complaints about the staff, everyone from the kitchenstaff to the cleaners delivered. The room then, the first thing I saw was the bed and I have never seen anything so fluffy in my life. It felt just as nice as it looked to sleep in as well. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was of high quality and tasty. When coming back to Sundsvall I will stay here. Altough as a spa-hotel Södra Berget is still better, but no complaints either way. Lovely hotel.

I was really very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I used both the steam bath and the gym. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the sleep in the convenient bed.

The room we stayed at was good albeit a bit small, it had everything needed though. View from the room was poor, but the views from the spa and the restaurant were great. The spa itself was nice but not too innovative and several parts of it were broken. The lounge at the spa smelled rather badly and the outside pool was too cold. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was quite enjoyable although it felt a bit ”mass produced”. All in all a pleasant stay but there's room for improvement.

At the end of breakfast at 9:30, the waiter did not remind, and took the meal directly, this is much better in domestic hotels. There was a problem with the floor drain of the room, and the water overflowed Jinshan during the bath. The snow on the balcony was not cleared and I couldn't get out. The room I gave to me for the first time was a loft with a weird structure, and I changed to a normal room after reacting to the front desk. The rest are very good, the environment is good, there is the feeling of an old castle, the wireless speed is good. Because in the old city, parking is a bit inconvenient.

the hotel can be pretty full, and there can be problems with parking, when you are coming late, or after finishing the nights shift There was some problems with Cleaning during the day, when you are working on nights shift.
