Hotels With Swimming Pools in Jendouba, Tunisia

The hotel is conveniently located near the town's private beach and offers various activities and entertainment. The hotel is ancient; nothing new - lack of Cleanliness - Lack of credibility and ill-treatment in reception and employees of the restaurant - There is no refrigerator in the room, and when you ask, they play on you until you check out - If you call the reception, they don't answer - The towel is very old, and you use it in the room, pool, and beach. If you ask for extra, they don't give - One room key only, and if you ask for the second for your wife, they refused - There are two escalators. One sometimes works, and the second down - The rooms are not soundproof. You can not sleep until 00:00 after the party - The music sound quality is very annoying in the party - The rooms are dark, and they're not enough lights - There is one small restaurant, and if you do not go to the opening, you will not find food - The chair on the beach without cover - there is no emergency team or doctor in case of emergency you have to wait for the protection civil or go with your car to the hospital ‏Apologies for this review, but people should know before they book because the prices are higher than before, and the hotel should take it seriously and make improvement

A nearly perfect stay experience, the service is friendly and warm, the bed and pillows in the villa room are super comfortable, and the quality of the bathrobe is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety, the restaurant has a beautiful view, and overall it is the best hotel to stay in Tunisia.

Apart from a nice view and clean country air, plus the camaraderie of a few fellow travellers, I left with no happy memories of this hotel. Booked as part of a 3 night/4 day trip from Sousse, organised by VLT it was more than lacking in every way. Check in was tediously slow, the rooms weren't ready and there were no English speakers (I had to use French) yet it boasts it was widely spoken. A gentleman on the evening shift (I think his name is Innes) did speak very good English but he was the only one, apart from a doctor attached to the Wellness Clinic. Bedroom furniture shabby, towels had seen better days and the carpet was dirty. The bed/bedding, I can only liken to an army barracks. The food was utterly dreadful and incredibly spicy and lack of variety. Going hungry for a day and a half I then got the chef to prepare me something. You were often left trying to find your own cutlery, condiments and napkins. Unlike many hotels in Tunisia, they offered no complimentary water or soft drink. You had to buy it and there were no sugar free drinks. Apart from breakfast which was instant coffee, you vould only get a half decent cup at the bar. The bar was ok and the terrace nice to sit out on. There's only a small shop at the bottom of a slope selling crisps, drinks and confectionary. No take away places. The only restaurants are a 40 minute round trip by taxi. More disappointment at the Wellness Centre. The one treatment I really wanted as advertised in their brochure, waan't apparently available! I took two shorter ones, with only the reflexology living up to any expectation. The thermal pool was busy all the time. I was told if I wanted it quiet to come at either 08:00 hrs or lunch time! Speaking to locals they said how the quality of the Mouradi chain of hotels has plummeted. All I know is that I won't be staying in one again.

Great hotel , incredible service , the food is super delicious, with a large clean room 10/10 , besides that the pool is magnificent 👌, with a superb view combined with the beach, every staff off the hotel is super kind and friendly, I passed a very nice weekend with u guys thanks a lot , I wish I can recame onother day , cyaa tabarka much love .
