Portions are generous for the price. The vegetable dishes are practically full casseroles. Ordered three for two people, ended up with leftovers. Good value, but plan accordingly.

I had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant, where the staff, especially Farha and Latifa, provided excellent service and made us feel at home.

I had an excellent experience with the service; the staff was very professional and attentive, which enhanced our dining experience.

Met a friend here for a Friday morning coffee. My avocado toast was clearly made just for me, you could tell. Prices are easy on the wallet, which is nice. A solid, simple spot for a catch-up.

Despite some mixed reviews, I found the sandwiches to be fine with generous portions. Just be aware of the additional VAT and service charge.

A nice find by the Cavern Church! Came with friends and tried the fixed menu. It was a fun way to try a bit of everything. The place is super clean and the staff were really sweet. Heads up, no alcohol here, but still a chill spot to hang.

Great quick bite, authentic Egyptian food. Fast service, good prices. Just wish they didn’t allow indoor smoking.

The seafood pasta is the one to get. The noodles had a nice bite, and the sauce was light but still packed a lot of flavor. The shrimp and mussels tasted fresh, not rubbery at all. That's really what I'm looking for.

The servers here are really friendly, which made the whole meal feel relaxed. I tried a couple of the Egyptian dishes, and the service was just as pleasant as the food. A nice, comfortable spot for a quiet dinner.

A peaceful garden inside a Zamalek church. The vintage decor makes it feel like a little European escape.

Cappuccino came with a Pegasus in the foam. Looked fantastic. Coffee itself was solid too. Got my order in under a minute. Perfect for a quick caffeine fix.

The sandwich combo is spot on, especially the bread and the way they layer the fillings. But the portion is definitely on the smaller side for what they charge.

Been coming here for years, and the bread is always that good. It’s what keeps me coming back for their sandwiches.

Been coming here for years, and the prices have stayed fair. The food's always solid, and you get that cool vibe in the old building. Feels like a good deal every time.

A go-to for a solid wine list. The place is always spotless, which is a nice touch. Gets packed though, so plan ahead.

No. 20 of Must-Visit Restaurants in Cairo

Loved the outdoor seating, perfect for Cairo evenings. The setting is stylish and well put together.

The dumplings here are the real deal. Juicy pork filling, thin wrapper that doesn't fall apart. The cabbage salad is a sleeper hit - crunchy, with a sharp, tangy dressing that cuts through the richness. That's what I keep coming back for.

Came here to get some work done over lunch. The vibe is cozy, warm, really comfortable. Ended up staying for hours. The portion for the pasta I ordered was decent, not huge, but it kept me going. Good spot if you need a place to settle in.

This place never disappoints. The grilled octopus is always perfectly tender, and the staff remembers my usual order. It’s my go-to spot for a reliable, tasty meal.

The Egyptian decor is so charming, really sets the mood. I was there for lunch and the vibe was perfect. The lamb kebab was good, but honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, a nice spot.

They squeezed us in without a reservation, which was so nice! Our server Ahmed was the best part—super attentive and made sure our table of friends had everything we needed. The vibe was just right for catching up.

The restaurant offers a stunning view and the food quality is impressive, especially the lamb stew and rice pudding. A great place for a special evening!

The breakfast here is not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Restaurant in Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah

Been coming here for years, and the full English is always exactly what you expect. That's why I keep coming back. Tried the new Halloumi thing last time, it's a nice change, lots of bits to pick at. They don't mess with the classics.

Grilled chicken and kebabs were the highlight. The seasoning was spot-on, not overpowering. You can tell the ingredients are fresh. A solid choice for the quality.

I had a fantastic time at this Italian restaurant in the Triumph Hotel. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, and the service was top-notch.

The food here is so authentic, it felt like a taste of home. Perfect for catching up with friends over a good meal.

Grilled mixed seafood platter for two. Honestly, the portion was huge, we couldn't finish it all. Good amount of prawns, squid, and fish. For the price, you definitely get a lot of food.

I was impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service at this restaurant. The prices are reasonable for a hotel setting, and the atmosphere is relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy a meal.
