The chicken tenders with garlic mayo were surprisingly fresh, even late at night. Took them back to the hotel and they held up well. Good spot for a casual bite. 👍

The Harira soup here honestly beat what I had in Morocco. Chicken Bastille was proper sweet and spicy too. Bit of a shame about no Moroccan wine but the vibe made up for it.

The Baileys cheesecake with Wexford strawberries was pretty good—easily the best I've had in a while. The salmon taco was decent too, though the cheesecake definitely stole the show. I'd come back just for that dessert, honestly.

Lovely spot right on the canal, bright and cozy inside. Got the veggie pasta, decent enough but the menu's a bit thin on options. Staff were sound though.

Stopped in here late for a shawarma fix. The mixed plate was proper generous and really tasty. They even dropped off some soup while we waited. Fair price for Temple Bar.

The light in here is just lovely on a slow Sunday. Had the eggs benedict again, still good. The female manager remembered me, which was a nice touch. Staff can be a bit hard to catch when you need them, but the vibe keeps me coming back. Solid spot for a relaxed brunch.

Stopped in for lunch during a work trip. Seafood chowder was thick and loaded with fish, not the watery stuff you get elsewhere. Beef cheek was tender, fell apart easy. Place was quiet, which suited me fine. Service was quick enough. Slightly pricey for the portion size, but you're paying for the quality. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The bulgogi in the BBQ set was proper tasty, and having the staff grill it for you makes such a difference. Portions are decent too. Place gets pretty lively though, so dont expect a quiet dinner.

Been coming here for a while now and the service stays consistent. Even on a packed Saturday, the guy at the counter kept his cool, got our order right, no drama. We weren't left hanging either. It's the kind of place you don't have to think twice about. Just wish they'd wipe down the tables a bit more often, but that's me being picky.

Big portions, decent prices. We shared a few starters and the mains and honestly left stuffed. The lamb was cooked properly, not overdone. Could've used a bit more salt on the veg but that's minor. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

The place has that warm, cozy feel, even if the tables are a bit close together when it’s busy. I noticed they use really fresh greens in the salads—crisp and not wilted at all. That’s the kind of detail I appreciate, especially when I’m trying to eat lighter. Just wish there was a bit more breathing room between tables, but the vibe made up for it.

The sushi was pretty good—the rainbow roll especially. Salmon was a bit dry and the ramen came off bland, but if you stick to the sushi you’re fine. Decent spot for a quick bite.

The tasting menu was a fun little adventure. The kitchen sent out a few extra bites that weren't on the menu, which was a nice surprise. My favourite was the scallop course – the texture was just right.

Came here for dinner on the canal barge and honestly, the setting is the whole point. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but you're paying for the vibe. My steak was cooked right, though the portion felt a bit small for the price. Service was friendly enough, no complaints there. Just wish the sides weren't extra, adds up quick. Fine for a one-off treat, not a regular spot.

Stopped in for a steak and honestly it was as good as anywhere fancier in town. Had a drink downstairs first, then headed up to eat. Place was busy but we got sorted fine. Only thing is the seating upstairs felt a bit cramped. Still, solid feed for what we paid.

The seafood medley was the real deal. Fresh, well-seasoned, no fuss. Prices fair for what you get. Didn't need anything else.

Found this little basement place by accident - nearly walked right past it. The lamb stew was proper comfort food, exactly what you need on a cold Dublin evening. Staff remembered my name when I came back the next day, which I thought was a nice touch. Menu's small but everything sounded good. Just wish they had more seating, it got pretty packed by 7.

The prawn and mango special was the standout — proper twist on a classic. Portions are generous too, ended up taking half of it home. Staff were sound.

Fun diner vibe, loads of seats. Walked in, no reservation, got a table straight away. That's rare enough in town. Food was fine, nothing mad but solid enough for what it is. Probably grand if you're stuck for somewhere.

Stopped in for a bite and the food was grand, though I thought it was a bit dear for the portion. Great spot for watching the world go by, that’s for sure. Nice enough vibe inside. Only wee letdown was no Guinness on tap, would’ve loved a pint with the meal. Still, a pleasant enough stop.

The bolognese was proper comfort food, really hearty and full of flavour. Margarita was well balanced too. Service kept up fine.

Been coming here for a while now, and the €10 buffet keeps me coming back. For Dublin, that's fair enough. Food's always tasty, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Place gets busy at lunch, so you might wait a bit, but it's worth it if you're hungry.

We went with the set menu and thought it was decent value for what you get. The venison stood out, properly cooked and full of flavour. Other courses were fine too, nothing felt rushed or sloppy. Just a bit busy on a Thursday night, so service was a little slow at times. But overall a pretty good meal.

Stumbled into this place on a random Tuesday and honestly the vibe was spot on. Staff were dead sound, made us feel grand from the get-go. Loads of games to pick from — spent way too long on the dance machine. Only gripe, it got a bit packed later on. But sure look, that's the fun of it.

Busy but still felt calm somehow. The staff were on it, never had to wait long. Food was solid — everything we ordered came out right. Loved the buzz in the room, not too loud, just alive.

We first came here years ago and honestly, we've never stopped talking about it. Finally made it back in 2025 and the food was just as good, maybe even better. The gunpowder aloo chaat was spot on, and the chicken 65 was proper tasty. Murgh Palak was the standout though, so rich. Service was lovely too, really warm. Only thing is it's a bit of a trek for us, but worth it.

Solid eggs benedict and the Nutella pancakes were class. No frills, just good food for a lazy weekend. Staff were sound, place had a nice buzz. Bit of a queue but moved fast enough. Reckon it's a decent shout if you're in the area and can't be bothered cooking.

Stopped in for a late lunch last week. Got the duck starter and lamb curry. Spices are really well balanced, proper flavour without being too heavy. Place was quiet enough, service was fine. It's not cheap, but the quality shows. I'd say it's worth it if you're in the area and want something a bit different.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and grabbed a sushi set. Fish tasted fresh, rice was decent. Place was quiet enough to eat without shouting. Paid around what I'd expect for the city. No complaints, solid spot if you're nearby and need something fast.

Decent spot for Italian, right in the middle of everything. Pizza was pretty good, though the chicken caesar could've used more chicken. Tiramisu was worth getting. Service was friendly enough. Prices fair for the area, so no complaints there.
