That breakfast burrito is massive! So much flavor packed in there.

The salmon bowl was the move. Salmon cooked just right, not dry at all. The lemon chicken was good too, but the salmon with that dill sauce is what I'll remember. Solid spot to refuel after hitting the slopes.

The gluten-free pasta was actually really good. Texture was just right, not mushy at all. You can tell they put thought into it, which is nice when you have to avoid gluten.

The Colorado smoothie was so refreshing after our hike. You can tell they use real, fresh fruit - it's not overly sweet. Just a nice, natural energy boost.

The place looks small from the street, but it's surprisingly spacious inside. I was happy to see a well-stocked bar. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely with the meal. A solid spot for a relaxed dinner with good drinks.

The mezze platter really stood out. You could tell the ingredients were fresh, especially the hummus and the olives. The portion was generous for sharing, which I appreciated. The fig jam on the cheese board was a nice touch too. A solid choice for a casual dinner with friends.

A so call "local coffee/tea shop" that offer you drinks and snacks located at Silverthorne Town Centre. Had taken a break for a cup of coffee and snack during my trip to a sking resort. A good place to relax and rejuvenate before continue your journey......

The cast iron chicken was really good. I appreciated the comfortable seating, it made for a relaxed meal.

Came in with a bigger group last minute and they handled it well. The kimchi pork belly was a standout—really liked the balance of flavors. Menu clearly marks gluten and dairy free options, which is helpful. Cocktails were solid.

The owner is always around, chatting with tables and checking in. It’s a nice, lively spot. I did feel a little rushed on a busy night, but the personal touch was cool.

Cozy little spot, perfect for a quick lunch. Sat on the patio and it was lovely. The wine list is short but thoughtful, had a nice glass of Pinot with my sandwich. Could use a couple more by-the-glass options though.

The apple pie with ice cream is a lovely dessert. The booths are comfortable, which makes for a relaxed meal.

Service was quick and attentive. The premium margarita and mezcalita were solid, good value. Queso and chimichanga were fine. The burrito portion was a bit small for the price, though.

The Nutella churros are the real deal here. Perfectly crispy outside, warm and gooey inside. The regular doughnuts are solid, but those churros are why I keep coming back.

This spot is such a hidden gem. The breakfast menu has a lovely Mediterranean touch. The service was spot-on, and the whole vibe just felt so calm and right. A really nice morning.

That bread pudding was incredible. I had a glass of port with it, and the pairing was spot on. The whole dessert case looked tempting, made choosing tough.

The bar area is lively, great for meeting up. We grabbed drinks and shared some appetizers while watching the game. They've got pool, darts, and a few TVs. Fun spot for a casual night out.

Grabbed a coffee and a cronut with a friend. That cronut was so good! Rich and buttery with a little salty kick. The staff was super friendly, which made our quick stop feel really nice. Just a great spot to catch up.

Super cute little spot! The vibe is so fun and the staff is super nice. We grabbed their Swiss-style hot dog after skiing and it totally hit the spot. Great for a quick hang with friends.

Stopped in for a donut, ended up grabbing a smoothie too. The place is clean and feels cozy. Good to have options besides just donuts.

Popular with locals, so there’s often a line. Staff kept things moving though—didn’t have to wait long at all.

Tuna aguachile was so fresh. Duck carnitas for the table is a solid move, huge portion. But that poached lobster? That's the one I'll be thinking about. Desserts are fun little trips.

Had all three meals here over two days. Food was fresh, presentation solid. Service was responsive but not overbearing. Quality held up across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Convenient for hotel guests.

The Whale Tail burrito was really good. I liked how the eggs were just runny enough, and the cheesy potatoes had a nice little kick. The booth was comfortable, which made for a relaxed meal.

The chorizo breakfast burrito was really good, packed with flavor. Got a cinnamon roll too, and it's definitely best when they warm it up for you. That makes all the difference.

Stopped here on a road trip. Got the burrito. Huge portion, really hit the spot. Quick service, which was perfect when you're just trying to get back on the road.

The breakfast tacos were a nice surprise after a long trip. What really stood out for me was the freshness of the ingredients. The avocado and pico de gallo tasted so bright and crisp. The staff was also super friendly.

Cozy spot, good for the location. Parker was a solid server, attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is warm and fits the mountain town vibe well. Service was responsive, which I appreciate.
