GFC burger is solid, well-seasoned chicken and good portion. Loaded fries are decent, toppings change weekly.

Really nice carvery.  Good value for money.  Helpful staff, but Disabled access not very good. Had to get staff to open a side door to let my husband in, as he could not negotiate the steps.

This Toby Carvery offers a lovely breakfast with beautifully cooked food and great value, making it a regular spot for me.

Popped in for a late dinner. The sea bass was spot on - skin nice and crispy, fish itself was tender. Decent sized portion too. Staff were friendly, didn&#39;t have to wait around for anything.

Popped in for a Sunday pint. It was nice and quiet. The Fortitude from Bristol Beer Factory really hit the spot &ndash; smooth and just the right kind of bitter. A proper find for a lazy afternoon.

The waterfront view alone was worth it. Food was solid, service friendly. A bit pricey for what it is, but you&#39;re paying for that spot.

Great spot for exploring Cheddar, and the free parking out back is a huge help. Just don&#39;t forget to register your car at the front desk. Made popping in for lunch after a walk really easy.

Xxxxx We visit the Toby Carvery at Bridgend regularly and find it consistent in both quality of food and service which we would rate as very good.  We would have no hesitation in recommending this particular restaurant to anyone for both quality of food and service.

The roast dinner is the star. The beef was tender, the potatoes crispy, and the gravy had that proper homemade depth. Everything tasted cooked just right. Good value for the quality.

The fish and chips were spot on. The batter was light and crisp, the chips were proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. The mushy peas had a good minty kick. That&#39;s what I come for.

Booked a late Sunday lunch. The roast was massive! Tender beef, crispy potatoes, and a whole jug of gravy. The Aperol spritz was a nice touch too. Lauren and the team were lovely.
