Hotel is helpful and friendly. Quick service. Front desk help me booking taxi. They explained to me all the hotel services clearly. I dont use any hotel facilities. I had 1 time breakfast on 1st day arrival. Food is variety and good. Hotel is walking distance to Cascade and city centre. City is safe and alive at night. Cascade can be seen from hotel window Many restaurants/cafe walking distance from hotel open morning till 11pm. Very convenient.

The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.

I liked everything, from the friendly staff at the reception to the plumbing in the room. Beautiful furniture, excellent bed linen, robe and slippers, very cozy

Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations. The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time.

Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.

Modern hotel, with good cuisine (buffet) and stunning views of Yerevan. The metro is 20 minutes from the hotel, but it is quite quiet. By taxi Yandex go for 1000 drams (250 rubles), you can get to the train station. The staff is very polite and always ready to help 🤗, there is a spa center - a swimming pool and 2 saunas, you can enjoy by appointment. The room has bath accessories, a bathrobe slippers, a kettle, coffee and tea. The water pressure is good even on the 5th floor. Another nice bonus, when checking in you are treated to a glass of Armenian wine, just right after the road 🍀

This cottage was big and really good inside the location is perfect the service is perfect too I loved the place and the breakfast food was amazing too this hotel is 10/10 in everything

We were staying on the second floor and suddenly found that there was no hot water. We temporarily upgraded to a deluxe suite, but found that the shower head didn't work at all. However, since it was our last night, we just made do with it. The overall feeling was flashy and superficial, and the facilities were not well maintained.

The hotel is a nice hotel and is located in a very close location. Despite the high potential of the hotel, there were some criticisms: - on the first day we found out the clothes we used in the box and on the other day a piece wet on the cottage; - at breakfast there was almost nothing to eat (30 minutes were still missing at the end); we had to complain and the next day things improved; - the room temperature was not well adjustable; - at the SPA at 21:00, we did not find towels and Turkish sauna and bathroom were not well functioning (the first had no indoor light and the second was not warm enough). Despite complaints, the hotel manager didn't think he would honour us for something to apologize in any way, but he just tried to solve the problems (not always successfully). Attention to the details and customer care to review!
