The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for the dolphin experience and the beach is stunning. Only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it a bit less comfortable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service—just hope they can improve the water pressure for an even better experience.

The landlord Dirk was very patient and friendly, and provided us with great travel advice. The room was truly spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to wake up to the sound of birds and sunshine in the morning. The wifi in the room was better than in many other hotels. The water used was filtered from the collected rainwater, and we used it very carefully. The breakfast included the landlord's homemade bread, homemade honey and jam, etc., which was very special. There was a lively and friendly dog, which was very cute. Finally, we have to say: When we stayed here at night, we looked up at the vast Milky Way starry sky, and the shock of that moment will remain in our memory for a long time.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious! The outdoor pool was wonderfully heated, so I took a dip – highly recommended! Just be aware it closes before 6 PM. I won't be posting photos of the pool, though, as I've only granted Ctrip permission to use a selection of my pictures. The hotel also provided a lovely welcome gift: four boxes (eight pieces total) of Koko Black chocolates and a bottle of champagne, as pictured. I visited the casino too; it was massive. I watched others play and it seemed like almost everyone was losing. Don't even bother, my friends!

Room was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we had to request for a room change as the 1st room we were assigned to were just repainted that the fumes was too strong.

The check-in process was very simple, and the information provided to us covered everything that we needed to know. There was adequate room for us to park our SUV, and the surrounding area was nicely covered in suitable plants. While our chalet was adjacent to others, there was good privacy and sound isolation - we were never disturbed by any sounds of other people staying. Being adjacent to the beach, there was a pleasant background sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Beach access was available nearby. WiFi Internet access was included, and worked seamlessly. The chalet had a well-equiped kitchen, a full-sized fridge and good cooking facilities. When it was time to checkout, this process was equally simple. In summary, we enjoyed everything provided and found nothing lacking that we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort. The place was clean and the customer service was great. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the low water pressure for shower at the bathroom. It took us some time to get a good shower.

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab. The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.

I got checked in hassle free by Joanne from front office even though I arrived a bit early they took note of my request as I was travelling and had a 10 hr trip. The breakfast was ok though a bit pricey nothing extraordinary one can definitely go outside for more options as the location is quite strategic. Parking should be considered to be free especially on weekends where it’s free in parking areas. Jervis,Alex and Andrea from concierge were all polite and friendly. Rada from housekeeping took care of my room and was friendly and professional. I will still stay and recommend the hotel overall the stay was very good and the hotel staff were quite knowledgeable and had impressive customer service.

Happy and great customer service! Rooms are always super glean, comfy bed. Older style hotel been renovated. Always happy with stay, close to beach. Pub and bar right next to hotel. Sometimes loud depends on what night music is playing. Yum toasties 🫶🏽

Good place to stay if you are arriving late in Perth or have a flight to catch. It’s just 10-15 mins drive away from the airport. Have all the essentials, clean for a quick stay. We came in late and didn’t manage to use the shuttle service and used an Uber instead. Give them a ring when you touch down, we called them when we are out of immigration and took them long to pick up the phone and needed a 30 minutes prep for it. Overall, we had a good rest and will stay again.

GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

Amazing
CChristopherA distinctive hotel with a minimalist aesthetic, one that strives to have personalized service but perhaps overstretches what it can accomplish. Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton.

YYuki KaiAmanda, who checked me in, provided excellent service and upgraded me to a Langley Park view suite. The executive lounge offers incredible views, and the food, especially dinner and the evening desserts, was great. The room was beautiful, and the night view from the 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely captivating. The infinity pool on the upper floor provides a prime view of Elizabeth Quay. Another experience that exceeded my expectations!

GGuest UserWe love the nice villa and peaceful stay. Breakfast and dinner are good. We like the fully equipped kitchen. Only problem there was no top up of plain cold water in the fridge on the 2nd night. We were thirsty and craving for cold plain water after back villa. The shower water is not strong and get cold easily, need to wait another 1 hour for hot shower. Prefer handheld shower head will be better. Overall stay is still good and hope hotel could improve further. Thank you.
