Ficamos 3 dias, excelente atendimento do pessoal da recepção, hotel bem localizado próximo a praia, próximo de tudo. Aproveitamos a piscina, o bilhar, tem um ótimo café da manhã. Se voltarmos a torres volto a me hospedar nele com certeza. Ótimo custo benefício.

Hotel é lindo, novo, com ótima estrutura, quartos grandes, muito limpo e decoração moderna. Piscina aquecida, área Kids com parquinho, brinquedoteca com cama elástica. O atendimento da recepção não se destaca, atendimento normal. Pertinho da Catedral de Pedra e ótimos restaurantes

The experience was incredible! Outstanding service from the very first contact. Wonderful team! The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious. The hotel’s structure is beautiful and cozy, providing an excellent experience for the guests. Congratulations!

Great place to stay close to all good attractions in Porto Alegre . Very well recomended. So that's my preferred hotel in Brazil

The hotel is just opposite the Alegre Port bus stop. It is especially suitable for passengers in transit. It is known that there are no trains in Brazil. Long-distance buses are the main means of transportation from the state capital to the cities in various regions. There are some clocks in the lobby that look like some ages and look very good. The reception English at the front desk was not bad in Brazil, and the service was very warm. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is on the back of the three-way, more typical Brazilian breakfast.

Hotel limpo porém mais antiquado. Trabalhar aqui não é possível, pois a internet é muito ruim e instável. Cama ruim e faz muito barulho. Shampoo e sabonetes incluídos, mas não são muito bons. A localização é no centro de Porto Alegre, portanto vai do interesse de quem se hospedar. O café da manhã é tradicional de hotel e possui boa variedade de pães, mas não espere nada em especial. Os funcionários sempre foram muito gentis. Para viagens de apenas lazer eu voltaria, mas para trabalho não, porque não há espaço próprio para isso e a internet não é confiável.

The hotel is wonderful! The service and quality of what is offered are excellent.There are parking in the area and outdoor areas with houses to enjoy the cold outdoor. Weekends are offered interactive activities for adults. There is no room for kids, but the hotel is well organized to receive children in the rooms. The hotel is very beautiful and there are several rooms for socialization, but the restaurant is a little small for the number of guests. The room is wonderful, but the acoustics is not the best, as in most hotels. We will certainly return.
