- 🏔️ Lovely mountain community vibe that made the visit feel tranquil and authentic.

I would like to commend Thao, the receptionist at K K Sapa, for her exceptional helpfulness and dedication to customer service. My daughter and I were scheduled to return to Hanoi in the afternoon from Sapa, but due to bad weather, our bus service was suspended without any updates on its resumption. Concerned about our need to catch a flight the next day, Thao went above and beyond by constantly checking with the authorities about our journey back to Hanoi.
She even took the initiative to look into limo and private hire options for us. Thanks to her efforts, she successfully secured a limo as soon as the authorities approved our travel. Thao ensured that we were safely driven to our destination and asked us to contact her once we arrived safely. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by Thao, and I believe she deserves recognition as the best customer service representative at K K Sapa.
Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake waiting for me in our hotel on my birthday. It truly exemplifies how K K Sapa takes the initiative to make each guest feel special and valued.
Sincerely Hida from Singapore

Very conveniently located at the town square. Across the road is Sunworld plaza, access for cable car to fansipan peak . Plenty of restaurant within 5min walk. However, do request for room away from main road which can be v noisy with music blasting & kids dancing around soliciting money at the town square. Overall , the hotel is v convenient & the room is big but the toilet is pretty small
The best place in Sapa. The most attentive employees. I really liked the girl at the reception in a white blouse, the guy who took the luggage was very attentive and the security guard downstairs, guarding the entrance on the ground floor - these three were always smiling and helping. Thanks to them, it was always nice to return to the hotel after a hard day. I definitely recommend you to visit
Special thank to Julie for arranging the sleeping bus Hanoi - Sapa, go and back. The service was spectacular. Very handful service also from other staffs. The pool looks gorgeous, but need to redesign the edge of the pool to make it more safety to stand and take picture (as shown in their hotel promotion album). Chairs and tables at the balcony will help too. So then, those who booking the Balcony type room, can enjoy the mountain view right at their room.
Lady Hill Sapa Resort in situated few mins away from city center. Note they offer buggy service and shuttle service but should be reserved ahead of time.
Check in process is smooth and we were offered welcome drinks and snacks which is really thoughtful.
Room is spacious but beddings are a bit tough. Air conditioning is also poor and we have to open the window just for the cool air to go in. Water supply is also weird that there are times we have to wait (maybe)for other guests/room to not use theirs so wen get a decent water pressure. Also neighboring guests are really loud that we can hear their chatter.
Service is good, front desk is attentive but failed to give us the shuttle service on the scheduled time which is a let down so we have to book ourselves a grab ride.
Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner menu is limited and quality can be improved. Also, no service water offered.
Pool area is a bit crowded so we have to wait until other hotel guests and outside guests are done. Towels are also a bit smelly.
Massage service is also okay but can be improved with more man power as only 1 staff is available to do everything.
Overall a pleasant stay but would rather book a hotel in sapa center next time.
Speechless.. i was surprised that we had a room upgrade with a lovely welcome card. Thanks for everything definitely we will comeback. I already recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
We had a great time at Pao's Sapa! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out throughout our stay. One of the highlights was dining at the hotel—we enjoyed it so much that we ate there three nights in a row. The food was delicious, with a good variety of dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff (Denh, Sy, Sli, and Pheng) was just as impressive as the food: attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile. Overall, our experience at Pao's Sapa was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to come back someday!
location
- About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station
- About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral
- Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain.
- Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village.
(ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here)
- It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake.
- Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel.
(Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral)
facility
- There is a terrace so the view is nice.
- The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly.
- It is very nice to have a bidet installed.
- The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good.
- There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****.
- It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs.
- Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem.
service
- Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered.
- Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious.
- The staff speaks good English and is very friendly.
Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself.
Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences.
In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking.
(Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)

The stay was perfect! The hotel is very pleasant, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices – from Asian to European breakfast – all fresh and abundant. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.
The only small downside was that the gym was rather small and the pool was not heated (it’s only heated in winter), but this did not affect the overall quality of the stay. The location is also excellent.
Highly recommended!

JJJJSWSThe resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying.
Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho.
The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

HHazyzPros
- Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns
- We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early
- The room was very clean & cozy
- Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs
- Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier
- Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not
- We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water
Cons
- We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities
- Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly
Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a beautiful 5-star property not too far from Sapa town with luxurious interiors, stunning valley views, and excellent breakfast service—even with personal touch from the GM himself. While the overall stay was pleasant, the final day was marred by a poorly handled incident. After being locked out of the room due to a door battery issue, we were later accused of taking a missing toilet roll bag. Forced to unpack our luggage in front of others on the reception lobby floor, the experience was humiliating and upsetting. Although an apology was offered, it came too late. The lack of professionalism and proper procedures overshadowed an otherwise good stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously.
TTheinZawWe had a great time, great stay, 3 nights 4 days in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff members, and overall excellent service. I like to give many thanks to Ms.Lori who makes us feel special with room decoration for our anniversary. Would love to come back again. Thank youu for your service and effort. 5 ⭐.
GGuest UserI booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay.
The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking.
The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient.
To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk.
Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.
