The hotel is fairly new and modern. The room was a bit on the small side but was very clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. Staff spoke a little English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection and very good coffee. The gym was in a separate nearby building that had AC and a good selection of fitness equipment.

The hotel needs maintenance. Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved. The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much. Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception. I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.

I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged .
