The location is excellent, right in the city center, just one metro stop from Xinhua Square and about 200 meters from Zhongshan Road Station on Metro Line 1. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I was on a business trip to Baotou and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in one of the bustling areas of Baotou City. The mattress is soft, the pillow is comfortable, the bath water is large, there is floor heating and air conditioning, and the service attitude of the staff is very good👌🏻 The room is not big and the sound insulation is slightly poor.

The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub. Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

The hotel covers a large area. The lobby is on the second floor. The parking lot is sufficient, suitable for self-driving travel. Opposite is the outlet mall and supermarket, which is convenient. When we came, it was already after May Day. I asked the front desk clerk to upgrade the room, but he was a little unhappy. After repeated requests, he upgraded to a zero-pressure mattress room. After we came back from dinner, we found that there were more small fruit plates and small foods on the table, and the water was boiled, which was quite considerate. The hotel's health hot pot is worth recommending. But it is far from the main building through the corridor, so it is better to walk around the outside of the hotel. It rained heavily on the morning of May 9th when we checked out. We parked the car at the door and called the luggage cart up. The staff saw that we had a lot of luggage, so they put down the luggage cart and were about to leave. Because there were only three women (including two 70-year-old people) and a child, we couldn't move it, so we asked the staff to arrange a man to help pull the luggage, and the staff said okay, I'll do it for you. Although they were all ladies, they slowly pushed the luggage cart down. If I hadn't asked to push the luggage cart to the hotel entrance, the staff would still be reluctant to help, but arranged for a security guard who was wearing thin clothes to stand in the strong wind. The security guard was very good and helped to get the luggage. In short: the hotel is not bad, and I hope the service awareness of the front desk staff can be improved.
