🌟 Super satisfying stay experience! Must give this hotel a five-star praise ～ From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, I felt full of care. The front desk lady was warm and efficient. The check-in procedure was completed in a few minutes, and the hot water was also sent. The public area is clean and bright, the elevator runs smoothly, there is no smell in the corridor, and the breakfast is very rich. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, it is super suitable here, and the price is full.

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!
