"I specifically chose this hotel for my Mount Tai climb, and it was a great choice. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities you could need. The shower experience was excellent, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a fantastic stay."

"Overall, the hotel is pretty average, and the decor is quite dated. If you look closely, many areas are showing their age. Only the hotel exterior and lobby look decent. Let me focus on the issues. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. When we drove onto the platform, I asked if I could park there while checking in, but they wouldn't let me, even though other cars were clearly parked there. After parking in the basement and going up to the front desk, three people were standing there with their heads down. I wasn't sure if they were busy or what they were doing, so I didn't want to disturb them. I stood about 3 to 5 meters away for over half a minute. Seeing that no one was paying attention to me, I asked, ”Can I check in?” Immediately, a man told me to come to him. I saw him quickly put his phone aside; it turned out all three of them were playing on their phones. After check-in, no one told me where to find the elevator. I blindly walked in the opposite direction of the parking lot elevator and, by chance, got it right. The hotel has two side wings, and even if I had guessed wrong, there would have been an elevator, but it would have been a long detour. As for the hotel management, I guess they haven't had much training. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, no one ever nodded at me, said hello, or acknowledged me in any way. It was always cold, indifferent brushes past each other. The room didn't have any general-purpose tissues, only one in the bathroom by the sink. I don't know if this is standard for all rooms or if they just forgot to put one in. The soundproofing in the room was poor. In the morning, I could clearly hear doors closing in other rooms, people talking in the hallway, and children shouting next door. In the afternoon, I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door when I went out, but by 4:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The alarm clock by the bed was placed there, but it wasn't set correctly; it was an hour off, as shown in the picture. Instant coffee is acceptable, but only sugar packets were provided, with no creamer or non-dairy creamer. Last night, I went to the bar on the first floor. When I entered, there was a live singer performing. I couldn't see any staff at the bar, and there were no other guests. I walked to the bar to look at the menu, and suddenly a young man popped up from behind the computer. Right after we ordered our drinks, the singer left. We sat there for half an hour in complete silence; there wasn't even any soft background music. We were the only ones there the whole time."

"I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Qufu. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and what impressed me the most was its beautiful traditional Chinese-style design, which perfectly matches the cultural atmosphere of Qufu. All of the staff were professional, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qufu, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"This five-star hotel truly offers five-star service. Alice Sun at the front desk was very nice. The hotel lobby is spacious, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection is excellent. There's direct access to Wanda Plaza from the hotel's B1 level, where you can find all sorts of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, there are many attractions nearby, such as Suochengli, Chaoyang Street Pedestrian Street, and Yantai Mountain Scenic Area. Free parking for self-drivers is a huge convenience. If you visit during the off-season, the value for money is even better. Highly recommended!"

"I absolutely loved the ambiance of this hotel! The greenery in the hotel courtyard is beautiful, with flowers and trees everywhere. It looks incredibly pleasant and clean, and the air is fresh too. Taking a stroll in the courtyard is just so relaxing – the environment is clearly meticulously maintained! Every staff member was polite, enthusiastic, and discreet, and the rooms were cleaned so well that my stay was incredibly comfortable!"

"This stay exceeded my expectations, so I have to give a special shout-out to Rebecca Yu Haoran, the lady in red from the hotel's front office. I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon with my luggage and needed to check in. I also asked about the executive lounge's opening hours, laundry service, and directions for the next day. Rebecca patiently listened to all my questions, explained each one in detail, and even proactively reminded me about the breakfast times. At one point, my room key wasn't working, but after I reported it, someone came immediately to help, responding quickly and resolving the issue efficiently. The service wasn't overly enthusiastic to the point of making me uncomfortable; the balance was just perfect. It was the front office's thoughtful and attentive service that made the entire check-in process smooth and comfortable, adding a lot of warmth to my trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area."

"Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the high-speed rail station, making travel a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. We had stable 24-hour hot water and smooth Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip."

"While visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan."

"The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!"
