The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

I really liked the hotel's location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. My suggestions are: The room's cleanliness could be improved, and the bed frame needs to be fixed. Initially, the fridge had issues. I contacted staff and went to the counter to have it repaired, but no one came to fix it by the time I checked out. Also, the breakfast wasn't as delicious as last year. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay here because the staff were all so friendly.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Conveniently located from the train station (though we used Grab). Loved the availability of WatsApp with the hotel, they responded promptly. Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly. The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested. Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am. Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.

Initially, the hairdryer in my room was broken and wouldn't turn on. I tried calling customer service from the room phone four times, but no one picked up. Since I was already running late, I went down to the reception. They said they'd fix it, but after a long wait, it still wasn't done. I asked if there was another hairdryer I could use, but there wasn't. After repeatedly checking back in my room and getting nowhere, I decided to check out. Then, to my surprise, the key was missing, even though I had just used it, and they asked me to pay for it. I left 50,000 IDR and left because I was so late due to waiting for the hairdryer. Just five minutes after leaving, I received a call asking me to pick up a charger I supposedly left behind, but it wasn't even my charger. They also returned 100,000 IDR, my deposit, even though they hadn't given it back when I checked out. It was a bit strange, but I'll only be staying there once. In my opinion, the service was very poor.

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

Our 2 nites stay was comfortable. Fluffy pillow and great bed. Buffet breakfast on Sat morning was great but it was not that good on Sunday morning. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Actually, this hotel is still in the same group as Darma Agung but the facilities are different. Until this hotel is exited because of the environment, the hotel area is spacious. If you stay here for 2 days, you'll be satisfied just exploring the hotel and its surroundings. The hotel location has a lake that can be used for bathing because it is not deep. 7 minutes from the hotel, there is a****ta port, there is a swimming pool. The view from the room directly faces the lake, you can see the fish in the lake... So it's fun for children. In front of the traditional PSR hotel, you can explore looking for typical Lake Toba clothes. Km take superior room B facing the lake for only IDR. 359,000 ...
