I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

The hotel room was spacious....but old. The flooring was uneven & scary for an elderly like me. The hotel seems dull without a spa & far from nearby shops. Breakfast spread was good but mundane for four consecutive nights that we stayed there......perhqps changes should be made to the menu daily, though it was delicious!

very enjoy to stay here, all the staff is so kind. im feel comfort , then in this hotel have so many facilities that make me and my family happy and enjoy to stay here. the condition in this hotel all is clean and also the room boy disenfectant all the rooms here before the guest entered to the room. very enjoy thank you.

This is the 2nd times stay at Fox Hotel All facility in the room was good About the cleanliness also okay Bathroom hot water is okay Bed is comfortable and clean For some unfortunately not so good arr 1.Only the park for motorbike is unfortunately not too good for hotel guest 2.First day giving shampoo and conditioner instead of bath gel 3. TV not so smooth the network and chanels not much options

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

Excelent hospitality, Modern Facilities, Best experience with helpfull staff, Gonna be first choice when visiting Pekanbaru in the future. Should to improve for the wifi connection, several times need to reset, I Even using my own celular data..

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. Since me here for accompanying my husband duty, he said the brakfast food have a good taste also! See you in the next season of kemarau Warm regards from 1216 to all staff and management TZPku

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

Clean room but there is no towel in room. Please check the room sometimes there is no remote in the room to change the tv channel

The hotel is very recommended, there are facilities shutle airport, the driver is also friendly, clean car ... okay room ... the breakfast is also good ... all employees are very friendly ... satisfied with the stay at the hotel t๊อกro last week ...

Pros: + New and clean hotel + Reasonable cheap price (because it's promo season) + Good view from rooftop + Good service, good vibe, friendly staff Cons: - not complete facilities, like swimming pool, and spa - only can be reserved by call, pegipegi or Traveloka. Can't be found on Agoda or international travel site. - the REAL publish rate are too expensive, even with the good quality that this hotel offered. - little bit short opening time at health club (maybe can add until 9 pm).

This hotel is very good, I have lived here for several weeks, the breakfast is delicious. The excellent place is it's sky pool, I like sit in there, form the top, you can see the view in dumai, and by the way, the exercise room is good too.

I had a short 2 nights stay at Grand Zuri Duri. Cozy Hotel. Clean and tidy. Breakfast spread was simple but ok. Gym is old but equipment is decently maintained. Much better than the bigger hotels in bigger cities. Highlight of my stay is the service level of staff. Very attentive and polite. One of their receptionist, Sonia, left a deep impression in me. Cheerful and helpful. Made my stay delightfully comfortable. This is one hotel to remember. I will stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. 👍

This is a family choice every time I go home. Clean, tidy, and good breakfast. The location is also easy, hope to continue to maintain. But the price has risen a little, yes..
