It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here.

Have been visiting this property for quitefew years now and it never fails to keep up to our expectations ambience and overall atmosphere, staff behavior, staffs were very cordial and welcoming. We loved the property especially sea view rooms and fine dine restaurant. Food quality 5* and seems to be little overpriced. We are going to be back with the entire family once again.

We were very sceptical on visiting Bhubnasewar,but that soon changed, as we were picked up by a very pleasant driver from the hotel, who showed us many landmarks enroute to the hotel. Upon check in we were made to feel very welcomed by the most friendliest staff. Food cuisine and was very delicious with a vast variety of dishes. The hotel is a hidden gem, with a lot of character offering a very relaxing stay with beautiful gardens and a very calm atmosphere away from the usual hustle and bustle. Thank you to Rohit Tiwari and his team, who made our stay very delightful and comfortable,we surely will be back soon..

I stayed on room no 301.rooms are very good and very spacious... Good hotel and good location... One of the best hotel in bhubaneswar. Food was good and all the dish in buffet was excellent 👌👌👌👌👌. Enjoyed the food in restaurant. Best service in hospitality.

I stayed in Hotel Swosti Premium with 2 kids in December 2024. The stay was pleasant, with cozy, well-appointed rooms, courteous staff, prompt service and sumptuous food. Faced one minor issue, when the hotel gave coupons to us for dinner, which clearly mentioned discounts on food and spirits. However, when it came to bill payment, the staff refused to give discounts on drinks. When I showed them the coupon, which clearly mentioned spirits, hilariously the staff explained to me that the word mentioned in the coupon was ‘Sprite’ and not ‘Spirits’, which was a bunkus argument. I let it go. Other than this, there was no other hiccups, and I enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was excellent. Das padmapani was extremely helpful in assisting transportation so we can visit the sites. He arranged several drivers for our multiple family members throughout our stay and communicated promptly via text with detailed information. Also, we enjoyed the daily buffet. Our gracious host, Bichitra , had everything that we needed ready, with our multiple food preferences, and allergies. We are super thankful for the memorable experiences during our stay. Thank you!

The hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.
