I didn’t have good experience the last few times that I stayed in other hotels of Dormy Inn group in other Japan cities. I was afraid that I might get the same experience like last few times, if yes, it maybe the last time I stayed in Dormy Inn hotels. Not to mention the other hotel groups offer better service that I have experienced. Luckily, this stay was pleasant. Most staff were friendly with attentive service. Onsen was always the highlight. The only drawback was the the onsen was often crowded. The room was clean. The location was fine, 7 mins’ walk. Convenience store nearby.

The New Tamagawa Onsen Hotel has the same origin as Tamagawa Onsen and is famous for having the largest amount of water spray and the strongest acidity in Japan. The hot spring is the most important thing. It is a hot spring treatment area with ”the best acidic hot spring in Japan”. Its acidity is stronger than any hot spring I have ever bathed in. There are 11 types of baths (3 types of hot springs: 100%, 50%, and weakly acidic, open-air baths, and indoor natural rock baths). The bathhouse is built with cypress, exuding the cypress atmosphere. The high ceiling is a masterpiece. Sleeping on the natural rock bed indoors is a wonderful experience that can kill cancer cells in the body. The hotel is located deep in the mountains and old forests. When the maple leaves come in autumn, they are so beautiful that they are intoxicating! The Ugo Kotsu bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Hotel bus → Tamagawa Onsen (5 buses a day). In addition to the hotel shuttle bus, there are two other bus routes, but the time is limited, so you need to check in advance. If you take the bus, the detour is longer, about 15 minutes, but if you walk, it takes about 15 minutes, and you can drive on a basically flat mountain road. There is also a visitor center on the way, and you can enjoy the nature along the way. When we arrived at the Tamagawa Onsen Natural Research Road, we saw geothermal heat erupting everywhere and the air was filled with the smell of preserved eggs. It was a very healing Tamagawa Onsen!

The room and the staff's service were excellent. The large public bath was also very pleasant and enjoyable. We used the second parking lot outside the hotel grounds, but it was completely unpaved, which will be very inconvenient in bad weather. We request that paving work be done as soon as possible. Breakfast: The quantity and variety were both insufficient, falling short even of the level of free breakfasts offered at other business hotels. Improvements are needed. Since it's a business hotel, using frozen food is acceptable, but please make the menu more varied so that guests don't get bored during long stays. In particular, the Western-style breakfast, with its heavy main dish served in large portions, is unsuitable for the elderly and women. This is a long-awaited hotel in front of Oga Station, and I would like to continue using it in the future. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is close to the main road, which is very convenient for people who drive. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, and travelers who like hot springs should not miss it. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. Nice little hotel. Good dinner with buffet breakfast. Additional nice touch is the free to use washing machine and dryer which is great!

The hotel's front desk service is very thoughtful and the surrounding environment is also very good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the lake. There is a natural hot spring bath in the hotel, and the breakfast is also very good. You can choose between Western and Japanese. Although we visited during the snowy season, we had a very pleasant stay. We were able to relax in the room, restaurant, and open-air bath, while enjoying the pure white scenery. The complimentary midnight noodles were also available at a food stall within the hotel, and were delicious.

This hotel is located in Ingabao City, Akita Prefecture. I remember walking from Ingabao Station to the hotel for about 15 minutes. It is an old hotel, the atrium is quite big, the room is large and clean, there is a hot spring, but I did not enjoy it, it is a pity. I stayed in mid-August Golden Week, and the price was higher. There is a restaurant inside, breakfast, lunch, dinner are available. I have paid for breakfast buffet, 1,500, there are many types, not bad. There are large supermarkets and some restaurants such as Sukiya, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, cheap and good quality. First of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?
