The hotel is on the mountain opposite the station. It's about 1.5 kilometers. It takes about an hour to climb with weights. I'm exhausted. And the navigation shows only steps and paths for climbing. In fact, there is a minibus behind the hotel. The accommodation is good. The food is good. The restaurant is crowded.
We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car.
Very nice hotel, the night view at night is very beautiful, the hot spring is very comfortable, the room is very old but the bed is very comfortable, you can go directly up the mountain to see the night view of Nagasaki. Very suitable for couples.
The air conditioning is individually adjustable and gets nice and cold. The shower pressure is good, and the bathroom was very clean. The mattress was comfortable, though the pillows could have been a bit higher. The quiet environment made it very easy to fall asleep. The room itself was spotless and had no unpleasant odors. The staff were exceptionally polite and always had bright, welcoming smiles. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
The hotel's recreation room next to the sauna offers complimentary comic books. In terms of refreshments, they provide free cold lactic acid drinks in the morning, ice cream/popsicles from noon to afternoon, and freshly cooked ramen as a late-night supper.
Conveniently, there's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, and Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown is right across the street. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of major attractions: 14 minutes to the museum and 13 minutes to the pier.
Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!
This hotel has an elegant environment and comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool and a comfortable large bath. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind, making you reluctant to leave. The only downside is that the bed is too hard and the mountain road leading to the hotel is rugged. But I will definitely come back if I have the chance!
My absolute favorite place to visit!
The staff's genuine kindness is truly heartwarming.
Three distinct spas, each offering its own unique charm.
You can feel their sincere desire to go the extra mile for guests.
Overall very satisfied, the environment is very good, the food is also very good. There will be a special car to pick you up at the pier, you can make an appoin**ent for a private hot spring, and there is also a gym. Overall very satisfied
We had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9.30am.
If you are early, you can check in first and leave your luggage. The staff will bring them to the room when the room is ready while we went to the amusement park.
The facilities are dated but clean. There's onsen that we can use and the breakfast spread is tasty ๐
Staff are very friendly.
Advantages: There is a shuttle bus, there are not many restaurants around the hotel, and there are many options for taking the shuttle bus to the port to eat. It's just a few steps away from the 99 Island ferry.
Disadvantages: Most of the breakfast is cold food, there are not many choices, and the taste is very average.
The hygiene was very poor. There were hairs on the toilet seat, so I had to disinfect it with alcohol pads and put on a toilet sanitary pad. There are also hairs on the bathroom floor. When staying in a hotel in Japan, I rarely use the WeiLi washing machine provided in the room. I only know that few hotels will disinfect it. When I opened the seat cushion cover, the rinse head of the WeiLi washing machine stuck out. It was so dirty that it made me sick. Seriously affect your mood.
I booked a room that said I could see the sea, but I couldn't see it at all. . . I donโt want to talk anymore.
Will not be returning.

PperezjbmBeautiful and clean hotel. 15 mins by taxi to Huis Ten Bosch. Be mindful of your time leaving to he train station by taxi if you're going to the Fukuoka Airport. It could be tight. Otherwise, it's pretty inside. The food was pretty good and pretty modern compared to other hotels we've seen closer to the theme park. I'd definitely stay again.
GGuest UserHotel was newly renovated, the room and the common areas are all very stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Both the indoor and outdoor onsens and the lounge area are clean, beautiful and enjoyable. It was the best hotel in our entire trip. Highly recommended.
