Hotels With Spa in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

I stayed in a large room, overlooking the sea, on the 30th floor. Nha Trang beach faces east so you can see the beautiful sunrise. The room has a small kitchen. bathroom is clean, with toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, 2 bottles of water and instant coffee. Although it is a Condotel, the room is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the sea, surrounded by many restaurants and juice shops, Highland Coffee, right next to the night market. There is a swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Quite ok! In condotels, each room has its own manager, that's why the same name Panorama can have different names on travel booking sites. Check-in and check-out are done at the apartment reception. The procedure is also quite quick because I contacted the host in advance via the phone number provided on Trip.com. If you have not contacted the host of your studio in advance, you may have to wait a bit for the reception to find out information. Overall, I was nervous when checking in because it is a condo hotel, but it was fine, and it is a good hotel with a good location and nice views.

The room size and layout were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, convenient for dining and shopping, and the area is quite lively. Breakfast offered good variety, with the menu changing daily. Now, for a few minor downsides, just for your reference. Having visited Nha Trang three times before, all my previous hotels provided complimentary beach chairs and towels on the beach. This hotel, however, does not offer free beach chairs; they charge 300,000 VND per chair per use. This is an expense that could be avoided when staying at comparable hotels in the same price range. Secondly, most hotels in Nha Trang (excluding those on Vinpearl Island) typically require a passport or a 300 RMB cash deposit at the front desk, which is then refunded after room inspection at check-out. While check-out at other hotels has always been smooth, this hotel attempted to deduct from my deposit, claiming three spoons were missing during the room inspection. As someone with a strong aversion to using hotel items (I bring my own sheets, pillowcases, tooth mugs, toothbrushes, etc.), I certainly wouldn't use hotel spoons. Furthermore, although the hotel didn't provide an inventory list, I distinctly remember not seeing any spoons when I checked in. They were never present or used during my four-night stay. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk, I eventually got my full deposit back. It's not about being unable to pay a fine, but being unfairly accused of stealing left a very sour taste. Importantly, cutlery is available at breakfast. In such hot weather, I wouldn't even drink hot coffee, so a coffee spoon would be completely useless to me. Who would take it? And how can they be sure housekeeping didn't simply forget to place them in the room? Staying in a suite for four nights, do they really think I can't afford a spoon? I can't help but wonder if this incident was a result of certain individual staff members' actions.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation

The room was spacious, the bed was soft, helping me sleep well on a long trip. I really liked the breakfast here because it had a variety of dishes and was very delicious compared to many places I've stayed.

Great value for the money. The villa has a spacious living room, great for working; a nice small side garden. The territory is nice, green and well maintained. The staff is professional, it's great to see their sincere smiles. Will try to come here with the whole family next time for the vacation.

We stayed here for 18 days. According to the plan, we wanted to stay for a week, but we really liked it and stayed. Excellent, very polite staff, daily cleaning, including wet cleaning. Delicious breakfasts, more aimed at an Asian audience, probably, but still there is something to choose and eat deliciously! The gym, the pool - everything is in good condition. I would like to separately highlight the wonderful spa and professional massage therapists! After this hotel, we went further to the resort and regretted it, it would have been better to stay in Dendro ((

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just had to come back and leave a positive review! This place offers great value for money and is very close to the beach. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I even noticed them studying Chinese as I was checking out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

For its price, a very good hotel. They speak Russian, a good room, quite clean, has everything you need, but it is better to take shampoo and conditioner with you. Towels for the beach are given out at the reception, you can also take an umbrella. Breakfast gets a little boring, but you can choose. Excellent location, there are various cafes downstairs, a travel agency (if necessary), shops. The sea is across the road. On the 17th floor there is a small swimming pool. The water is clean and cool. Every day that we were there, a man cleaned in the morning. We arrived in the off-season (January), there were big waves, they advise coming starting in February, and complete calm in June. But even in the off-season there are advantages, there are few people, the prices are not biting. Overall, we are very pleased. BUT, you need to keep in mind that the photos show more expensive rooms, but you can get a room without a window. Another disadvantage is that we met two cockroaches in the room.

It is strange that the hotel is half empty. For its price a good option, staff are all friendly and cute. Hotel is not new but clean enough. Not perfect clean, but to live comfortable. Every day bring water and hygiene. Wai fai is excellent, I work here without problems.
