The rooms are very nice and clean, had no problem whatsoever. The staff are very nice and helpful, they really want to help you throughout your stay. The breakfast are delicious and plentiful, we even had the chance to try their diner service and it was great ^^ a lot of variety in the menu and the service was fast and amazing. Only thing I have to say is that it’s a bit far from any restaurants, I personally didn’t mind walking around to look for options but it’s a a bit of walk. Nothing too scary, the area is very friendly and smiling 😅

This hotel is perfect if you want to relax. A quiet place with a lot of plants and garden. A lovely green resort. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. A special thanks goes to Hoàng. He was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect from start to finish! Smooth communication, a warm welcome in perfect English, and an ideal location in the heart of Tam Coc yet peaceful. Very comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Book without hesitation!

My stay at the hotel was perfect: the room was clean and quiet, the staff helped me out a lot when I got sick, owner showed me the map and what I can do around. Very important thing: they have absolutely stunning bikes to rent. New, not broken as everywhere and very comfortable to use for long distances. Also they have small cafe at the territory and  western style coffee was absolutely great there. I didn’t eat at the hotel apart of breakfast so can’t say anything about the food. I would only add more western style options for the breakfast such as simple omelet // sunny side up.  Overall everything was great, thank you!

Staff were so friendly and helpful with our heavy luggage. On arrival they were very helpful and escorted us to our room, the room was very clean and tidy. They also allowed us to rent bikes for free so we could cycle to the Mua caves. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough!

We recently stayed at the Emeralda Tam Coc Resort in the heart of the town, Tam Coc. We had a premium deluxe room which was beautiful, quiet, spacious and comfortable.  Staff were friendly and helpful.  There are two pools, one we believed to be for adults, and one for children but this was not enforced, so could be challenging to relax by the pool at the end of a day.  Breakfast we found to be quite basic, but ok.   Overall the hotel has lovely views and is in a great location for the town.

This is a great hotel. Really good quality rooms for the price. Our host was so kind and knowledgeable, and flexible too, for example arranging a late checkout for a small fee. We hired bikes from her and did laundry too. The rooms were really comfy with a great AC that doubled up as a heater (it was cold when we stayed!) I really appreciated the location: it's on a side street so you dont hear the chaos of the main street. It's also right around the corner from a great restaurant called Mami. 100% recommend this hotel!

We have loved our home stay at this beautiful retreat in Tom coc the last 2 days,The homestead has everything close by you need,Wonderful food great attractions and culture and the accommodation itself had a big pool,Motorcycles hire or free bikes,Onsite massage and the beds are wonderful,We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone,Wonderful hosts that go out of there way for you

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's convenient for visiting major attractions like Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. There aren't many dining options nearby. However, the breakfast provided by the hotel is decent, and the room size is good for two people. The bathroom is small but functional. The breakfast selection and taste are okay, but they started clearing everything away at 8:50 AM even though they claim service stops at 9:30 AM, which is really unreasonable. The front desk staff were friendly. The room's soundproofing isn't great, and it felt quite noisy, especially in the mornings. The mattress is large and comfortable. There's no shower curtain next to the bathtub in the bathroom, so water easily splashes out onto the floor.

This hotel is amazing! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had no problem getting a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is also convenient for traveling and shopping. It's a great value for money and I'll definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
